I love this Dunkin. They’re so quick in the drive thru, they haven’t messed up any of my orders yet and I come here almost everyday on my way to work!

Would give this Dunkin’ Donuts zero stars if I could. Every single morning I place my mobile order at least 15 minutes in advance and I show up and the doors are locked so I have to go to the drive-through and wait behind at least 10 other cars who haven’t placed a mobile order so it takes at least 20 to 30 minutes every morning and I wind up late to work don’t go here
Worse dunkin donuts I've ever been to. Took over 30 minutes to get food. The place was not busy. Online 4 customers with small orders.
We walked in to get our order and have been here since 8:15 waiting for our order. We haven’t walked out because they were quick to take our money but are taking their sweet time with the order. There is enough staff and they have been taking so long that there is barely anyone going through the drive thing.
The manager or whoever I spoke to was extremely rude. I was on lunch break and placed a mobile order for walk in pick up and when I got to the door it was locked. I sat outside for awhile and no one came to unlock it. I went to the window and got the workers attention to open the door and she said the inside was closed due to short staff. There was at least five people that I saw working at the moment but whatever. AT LEAST PUT A NOTE ON THE DOOR INSTEAD OF HAVING PEOPLE SIT OUTSIDE WITH NO EXPLANATION. She said I can't be inside cause it draws attention. No one's allowed inside but the employees are wasting time walking every order out to people in cars. I've been in multiple Dunkin's where there's only two workers and they handled everything fine. Maybe the manager here needs to be replaced. The whole point of Dunkin and Starbucks to have a place to sit and enjoy a coffee not be locked outside with no explanation.
Do not go here!!!!! Doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Absolutely impossible to get a coffee from here. Even with a mobile order, doors are ALWAYS locked even at 10am!! Had to walk up to drive thru window with my baby for mobile order and girl would not respond to me. Lines wrapped around the block every single day. This place needs serious help in every way possible! Steer clear unless you have an hour to spare!
A total of 11 cars left drive thru window today when no one came to drive-thru service window to ask for our ordersHad to give one star so they would let me write my review Should be NO star! I have a complaint because several cars today left your drive thru without getting serviced. We all decided to park our cars and go inside. We got to door and saw a little girl playing inside the store but NO adult in sight and door was locked with sign that read short staff please go through the drive thru..I went back to drive thru still no service. New car game through the line and ended up leaving too. A total of 11 cars came and went when I was there. What a shame.few new cars followed some of the others just left. Same scenario. NO SERVICE! I left after 9 minutes of waiting. This is not the first time this has happened in this Dunkin..No service at 1101 S Powerline Rd, Deerfield Beach, FL 33442 at 1:30pm in the afternoon!You will loose customer like this because most of us were upset and confused to see a baby look like a 4 year old girl alone in the store.I am not not coming to this store anymore, who knows what is going on there.??? Bad serviced. Bad store!!
This is the worst location I have ever been to. Nothing is ever right and they are so slow. Get food from here and you'll end up with missing part of your order or just the whole order being wrong
I sat in the drive-through this morning for 20 minutes without a single car getting served on. I got out of the line and went to their front doors which were locked at 6:15 in the morning even though it’s states that their lobby opens at 5 AM. I called the store relentlessly and no one bothered to answer the phone. Don’t go there
