I stopped by drive through for hot tea and 2 toasted bagels , when I got to work I see they had coffee and I’m not coffee drinker and the bagels were cold , I was seriously wanting my tea with milk as I requested to enjoy it with my toasted bagels, but they messed up my morning, I stop by later around 1:45 pm at the store gave them back their coffee that I didn’t drink and asked for my money back for the whole things and gave them my receipt , cuz they messed up my breakfast the employee there said no I will refund your coffee only coz you didn’t bring the bagels I said I ate the bagels that wasn’t toasted like I requested just to fill up my stomach but I didn’t enjoy it coz we don’t eat just to fill up the stomach we eat also to enjoy what we’re eating and you gave me cold bagels with coffee not my tea and you messed up my breakfast and didn’t make me enjoy it, he said we do mistakes sometimes I said that’s fine but correct those mistakes and refund me my whole breakfast money which only like $10 , he refused then I said so you are saying that’s how we do it don’t buy from us anymore he really didn’t care I told him keep all the money it’s not about the $10 it’s about the experience .
When I got there they had several cars in line to order but thankfully it went quickly!
The app had a dollar iced coffee day. to donate to children in need they would not honor it and they charged me $4 instead
Dunkin donuts are very lacking and unfortunately can't get honest help.. inside the place is always closed every morning , pay your people you might be in business longer. Drive thru only till further notice.. the donuts that they don't sell now trust me you will be eating them tomorrow... Bagels too... The business next store when out of business.. too much rent in a dump shopping center. Dunkin donuts won't be in this plaza much longer. Publix is the only one that is keeping the plaza alive. Morning hours at Dunkin donuts are hell here to employees every morning and the drive thru is always packed not worth waiting in line just for a coffee. MC Donald's right next door

Horrible workers there. drivethru girl was so mean in the microphone and didn't get my odder , I went to the window and she didn't open the window to talk to me,I was a 8 years customer and I'm never going there anymore 17:15 12/24/21
This drive-thru is filthy and the young blonde lady at the window was unkempt and provided poor service. That being said, the coffee order was accurate.
They literally lock the door every morning because they cannot keep up. I placed a pick up order at 7:38 am and 20 minutes later they haven't started making it.This is a weekly occurrence you need to hire more people.
They don't answer the phones. The employees at the drive-thru are rude, down right nasty. There is no one to complain to. Attitudes are ridiculous. If I could give the 0 I would 1 star I'd too nice.
Not one to complain ! It’s very seldom that I write a complaint about a store however I feel as though this must be done. I have never experienced such a poorly managed establishment before. I would estimate that there was 7 to 8 people on staff I was ignored for 10 minutes before even being made eye contact with. The amount of cursing and childlike behavior behind the counter was intolerable. There were arguments between staff members the manager was standing there he was aware and not bothered by even taking part in the behaviors. The beverage and food was to be compared to the service. This is not the first bad experience I’ve had from this location however it will be my last do not expect a return customer !
