This franchise has always been the best in donuts, there is no one who surpasses it, I recommend it 100%, all its products are excellent and fresh
Try your best to avoid this location. They will always tell you there is something missing or just won't make certain menu items just to save themselves time in the drive thru. I finally realized when there DM was there and I asked if something was available today and she told me it should be available everyday. I've worked fast food and i get it but literally it is all the time, and on top of that they are always rude. Like you always cheating the menu isn't enough, then you take out your frustration on life on people. I work to hard to spend my money somewhere where people can't be bothered to do more then grunt at me and tell me they don't have it. I still smile at them and say thank you but I try my best to avoid this location.
I will never come back. Not only were the employees rude and unhelpful, but the coffee was terrible. I would rather get my coffee at Wawa
Worst food I have ever paid money for. Hash browns were burnt and had obviously been sitting for awhile. Sausage egg and cheese croissant was hard. Iced caramel latte had no caramel in it and tasted burnt. Bagel mini tasted burnt. Waste of $20. Only redeeming factor was the staff was friendly. But, would they eat this food they served us? Doubt it.
The line in the drive through was not moving so I tried going in… after standing in a line for 15 minutes the gentleman in front of me was helped.. another 15 minutes and they finally got to me. The guy that “helped” me mumbled and had a terrible attitude when I asked him to speak louder but he was by far the worst attitude in this store. Freddia.. or at least I think that was the name on the shirt as she did her best to hide it after she refused to give It to me when I asked…. Was outright rude. Stay away from this store in the mornings when that crew is working.
Good service. Staff is friendly and polite. I've take box of donuts to bring.
Third time I come to this Hillsboro store with Military and I am poorly attended, I always make the same order, large Caramel ice Macchiato, less ice, when I came to pick up my order the glass was not full and when I asked about it the manager told me which is why I ordered less ice, so the glass comes with less drink, and I always order this same coffee in other stores of this chain and I've never seen it.
Super slow. They need 2-3 more employees to run both drive through and walk-in traffic. I left after waiting in line for 12 mins with only two people moving in line.
Whyyyyy does it take 27 minutes to make an iced coffee?? They weren’t even busy at alllllllll. Plus the worker said not one word to me, literally not even a hi nothing. Absolutely trash employees and service shut this place down
As I am trying to let them know what I'd like to order, I kept getting spoken over me and interrupted.. it happened about 4 times and I was just ordering my iced latte... it got so ridiculous that I literally decided to leave the speaker and go straight to the window. I decided to then speak to the manager Marianela and explain that I wanted to order more but I wasn't being heard. I was being interrupted... Marianela then proceeds to pretend to listen but as I'm leaving the window she turns around and starts mock laughing with the person who was taking the order in the first place. NEVER COMING TO THIS DISRESPECTFUL place ever again. I'll make sure all my hair studio guests in the area hear about this management also.
