Closest coffee shop to the hotel I was staying in. Went there three days in a row for large coffees and blueberry muffins. Coffee was great, the muffins were fresh and tasty. Service was quick and pleasant. Couldn't ask for anything more for what I was looking for.
Do not do a mobile order. Sitting here a week later for an item they did not have. Instead of alerting dunkin and issuing a refund I’m now in the boat of them having to reply to an email from corporate where they have discretion to deny. Go to Starbucks. Tech is shoddy and this is a total scam. Don’t do a mobile order if you ever want or expect to get a refund.
Very disrespectful. They get orders wrong multiple times and never give you the right food when you ask after they got the order wrong. I don’t recommend going here. The attitude is just awful poor customer service.
Bought coffee and a doughnut this morning and threw up 4 times a few minutes later. I think they need to double check a few things.

Walked in the first time and it was great service and avocado toast. The second time, I stood at the counter and was ignored. They didn't even acknowledge my being there. I walked out.
Absolutely terrible customer service, they’re open but leave the doors locked , me being a customer of the drive thru, i see it’s long I would rather go inside. I was told no and to get in the line of drive thru . Is this laziness that dunking donuts accepts ? There staff should be changed . And it’s 6:30 a.m tell me I’m wrong that I can’t go inside ?
