I am a loyal customer to chipotle. I always get a chicken burrito. Same thing every time. This time I got a chicken burrito like always and as I picked it up it completely fell apart. I’m very mad about this situation and how chipotle workers don’t know how to wrap a burrito correctly. It’s genuinely not that hard. This experience has ruined my meal and desire to ever go back. This is what a $5.90 dollars grilled chicken and Queso blanco looks like in 2022.By the way no one gram of queso was in this poor taco. I do not recomend this place.
The lid was not on my food correctly, so my bowl was not covered all the way. It turns out that the foil lid was not pressed down all the way. This seems really basic to do. My food could have leaked out and broken through the bag entirely. It didn’t, but it’s the simple steps.

Missing obvious items.For example:Ordered a cheese quesadilla only cheese. Got a tortilla toasted with nothing inside. What happen to the cheese?Burrito bowl with double meat. Bowl contained half a scoop. Is double meat the button for less meat?Ordered an ice tea in a bottle. Received a lemonade. Maybe lemonade is new color of ice tea.Waited all week to have chipotle, and when I did I was truly disappointed. I tried calling the store and no response. The message says to place complaints on the app (the bot).
Trust me I’m usually not one to complain at all but my bowl was barley filled and only had a couple pieces of chicken in it. They also didn’t add the queso I payed extra for, extra tortilla, black beans and salsa I ordered to be put on. How could they forget so much honestly. I did not get what I payed for at all. (I ordered online)
Service with a smile is not out of fashion at this location. Kendric greeted up and made the experience rememberable . Yes, just for a quick bite but service with a smile goes a long way food was good and restaurant was clean. Recommend .
This was a weird chipotle. I came here around 8:30pm and the place was very dark on the outside. And they had posted signs all over that their dinning room was closed. Then the food wasn't restock and I had to wait for the steak and they told me that they didn't had fajitas and that they were not making anymore. ? the staff was rude and I will not be back to this particular location.
By far the worst Chipotle I have ever been to, and I’ve been going to chipotle for a while. Always looks dirty, they never have fajitas, and are always stingy. You’re better off going up the road to Tijuana Flats that’s in the Publix plaza on Hillsboro and US-1. That’s some quality Tex-Mex!
This is the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. They never have peppers or onions and routinely run out of other key ingredients. When you ask "how long until they'll be ready?" They look at you dumbfounded and say they are done making peppers and onions for the day. Done!? It's 12:30 in the afternoon how are you done? Awful, lazy service.
Got a regular bowl with extra steak white rice guac sour cream cheese and sweet peppers I swear to you I counted 4 little strips of sweet pepper 7 pieces of steak a small maybe half a oz oz of sour cream and guac worst part was it had absolutely no flavor only the steak had some taste it was so bad me and my girlfriend stoped eating it and said we can’t do it then hers literally has 5 baby squares of chicken I’d say about 2 oz total of toppings together it was so tasteless 27 bucks and change down the drain and now we have to go order somewhere else. Top one was the steak one bottom was the chicken one literally all rice and beans
