This was our fourth time here and the service, food and atmosphere have consistently met or exceeded expectations. The food is prepared with great care and for the delight of the customers. Small touches such as the Amuse-bouches (a small food preparation chosen by the chef) show the chef's intentions to provide a very enjoyable meal from start to finish. The setting across the street from the Atlantic Ocean could not be better.
Pleasant enough setting on outdoor terrace overlooking road, beach and ocean. Quiet, with good non-obtrusive service. Menu selection is narrow but food was generally excellent. I had oysters with âbalsamic pearlsâ followed by lobster. My wife had raw fish followed by salmon. The oysters were goodâ¦â¦.although I felt the balsamic pearls took away from them more than they added to them, the sauces with raw fish (crudo) were mixed in taste, while the lobster (poorly described by our server which put my wife off trying it) was very good indeed. My wife liked her fish.
The food and service here was exceptional! Small but perfectly executed menu. The chefâs tasting menu was something you would get a fine dining NYC Restaurant but the cost was extremely reasonable and half the price it would of been for the same quality of food! Our server was extremely helpful and attentive. The food came quickly, and we enjoyed our meal while staring out at the Atlantic Ocean across the street. I canât wait to come back here again when I am in the area.

Where food is art and a true dining experience. The chefs tasting and parings were specific to our personal food preferences with care related food allergies. Each course was a surprise and each- better than the once before. We will absolutely be back!! Donât miss this

I have reviewed this restaurant often but I live in the area and go there frequently. For my husband and I we are never disappointed. I just want to give a shout out to the current chef Alejandro. He is by far the BEST chef at the Chanson since we have been going for the last 5 years. His menu is versatile, beautifully platted, and delicious!!!! So happy we have this little gem in our little town!
