When its busy the food is obviously better. Staff is nice but this Burger King is run down, needs a little TLC.
Went through the drive-thru, I ordered a 4 piece nugget kids meal which came out nice and fresh. I also ordered a Medium Fry and a Cheeseburger with no pickles. I received a hamburger with bbq sauce and onion rings. I wouldn’t even be upset if it was a cheeseburger with pickles at least it would be a cheeseburger but it was a burger with bbq sauce. Totally ruined my tastebuds for 30minutes …..
They should just close down or close the drive thru. As other have mentioned it takes a good 5-7 minutes before anyone even speaks to you. Terrible terrible store. If the owner is reading this. You are losing sales. Just tonight 2 cars pulled off and I was the 3rd car to leave. Crazy.
It was the worst location I visited in my life. The T- Mobile offer was not honored, they said that the redeem number was for buy one whopper and pay $5 for another one and the people that work. In the other hand I ask for a burger and the gave another and all the they were bad service. I don’t recomend this location
Literally every time I go here they take a good 45 minutes to get me out of the drive thru. And they’ll keep you waiting at the speaker too. And as if they should be adding any audacity in the mix here, they’ll make you pay extra if you want condiments.
Went in there to pick up an Impossible Burger & onion rings for my wife & while I was waiting got a great vanilla shake for myself & bought an ice cream cup for a little girl that was asking her Mom for one. But her Mom left her purse home & was just picking up her sister that works there. Made her day.Keep up the good work.

Always SOMETHING at this location. Waited at drive through window almost ten minutes for three drinks because apparently they only had one person who knew how to change the syrup in the machine. She didn't even come back to window to give me the option to choose another flavor.
I ordered a impossible burger with two french fries. After I paid for the meal the manager told me they had no more impossible burgers. So he gave me a whopper instead.. "And this was the manager they had working there". This is not the first time I had a bad experience here. But it will be the last. This happen 3-23-22 around 2pm.
2 stars because I love the Whopper. I don't expect alot from fast food restaurants in general. However when you drive up and has 3 cars in front of you and they move up and still noone takes your order you get upset. So I waited. Then asked if anyone will take the order - because I heard them arguing over the headsets. No answer. Zero answer. So I drove up. Oh I had to change the battery in the headset- she said. I was waiting for 10 minutes and I was hearing them clearly. The car behind me left, so did another one behind that. I ordered onion rings got undercooked fries. That's that... I read their reviews for the last 3 month. They had mostly 1 stars. The owner of this franchise must not care at all. ... Unfortunately I'll have to keep continue cooking..
