Great weekday quick dinner at Buffalo! We stopped by at the closest one after work and were pleasantly satisfied. The place weren`t too busy at 5 on Tuesday. We didn`t wait at all, just walked-in. Our waitress Julia was awesome, she brought our drinks right away, in about 5 min the manager brought our Dirty dubs tots (love them!!). The food is great, loved mine cauliflower wings and 2 loaded Bird daws with fries, which we just shared. Julia came a few times to make sure we are happy with our choices. Good time, good food and great service! Great place to stop by.
Ordered for a pick-up, arrived at the specified time and had to wait additional 40(!) minutes for my order to be ready. Out of the 8 items I ordered, four were wrong, two were cold and the rest inedible. You would think that a wings place would have wings that are good, or at least decent, but these were honestly the driest and toughest wings I have ever had.
This restaurant really sucks! Manager is not customer focused. I take 45 minutes to get an Uber order that supposed to be ready in 15… always they are slow and Liz (the waitress) told me… (“Kitchen is Full Capacity”) with the restaurant at half occupancy. Shame on you BWW. That Why I love Hooters!!!
We decided to give this place another try and once again we were so disappointed. Food was not good, wings were dried and flavorless, service was horrible and the price way up there for the quality of the food. Definitely a never again eating at this place.
My experience at the Deerfield BWW was terrible. I don’t know who came up with the sauce scale but it needs to be fixed or your sauces need to be labeled correctly because I order 6 MILD chicken wings MILD! Not Hot, Not Medium but MILD and one bite into my first wing my face was on fire, I was in tears. My face was super red and tingling. I called over the shift manager and he did nothing to make my experience better. And if that’s not bad I order Togo food and there was someone’s hair all over the bag and I can tell you I’m blonde… This store keeps giving me reason to completely stop coming back.
This was my first time there and a bad experience. I ordered fries and chicken, and they didn’t place my fries in the bag as I noticed when I left. I ordered Lemon Pepper, and the chicken tasted good but no real lemon pepper seasoning was on it. The chicken was not hot either. I won’t be coming back to this location again.
Great place to go watch live sports, be it Basketball, Baseball ,Hockey, Golf, Horse ? racing, Soccer . You name it it's on a big 7o inch TV. Great wings Just a fun place to gather and grab a quick bite to eat and have a drink .
One of the best BWW in South Florida from the door to the bar ? just outstanding, will definitely recommend and will be coming back. Thanks Michael and Sonya
Great customer service by Brice. He had a great attitude. He was taking care of bar area and regular dining area and had a pleasant attitude. He brought me a sample sauce to try before I ordered my wings to make sure I liked it. He also made sure that we were never out of drinks. We will come back again.
Stopped in to redeem the free wings coupon since it’s my birthday, and I regret it. Will preface by saying I’ve worked in a restaurant very recently, and know how things can be during the pandemic, but: there was hardly anywhere to sit since all of the tables were dirty, but primarily our food took forever and our server wasn’t that great at all. It took thirty minutes to get six wings and a small side of fries, and she never came to let us know the status of our food or anything. When she did reappear, it was after I approached the bar to try and pay for my drink just so I could leave, no longer wanting the food. I did enjoy my drink from the bartender, who appeared to be the only one actually working. Didn’t want the food anymore and was also late to the plans I had afterwards. Would only return to sit at the bar.
