Little overpriced. Sometimes the food is not prepared the best way and there is not many things that you can choose from but is OK in general. Staff is nice

Horrible, bad costumer service. Wait 25 minutes for a sandwich and was done and nobody care to give me by the time that was cold and not sure was fresh, tasty badly. Not come back, or recommend.

They wash black people like ah dog & I been shopping there . Almost 3 years honestly the worst I never felt so uncomfortable spending money. I highly recommend the Brazilian in the same plaza by the gas station vs these people. They treat color people with more respect & they don’t wash you like ah thief smh . My car is worth there salary but I get treated terrible at the Brazilian depot food court. Lol if you’re black go to the one before them you’ll feel uncomfortable & unappreciated

Not sure how fresh is the food on other days and times , but i purchased 2 meals Friday 09/10/21 at 8:31 pm and the food was in really bad shape . The roasted chicken has green spots inside (*could not eat ) and the meat balls were sour . The rice was ok , although it had a lot more oil than it needed to.Two meals cost me $22 . In my opinion you are by far better off getting a family meal at Pollo Tropical.

Absolutely disgusting how they treat people with service animals. My service animal and I were immediately denied service and they proceeded to ask why I need a service animal and proof that he’s a service animal, which is against the law for them to do. Insinuating that he’s just a pet when I have a serious medical condition which requires me to have a service animal. Warning to anyone who requires a service animal, DON’T GO HERE as they will not welcome you unless you prove to them why you need a service animal. Absolutely disgraceful! Thankfully there is Bakery 2000 down the street who welcomed us in to have lunch, we will be taking our business there from now on.
