Big waste of money. Ordered pickup through doordash for my daughter. Went to pick up and this! They was suppose to be garlic Parmesan. These were dry chicken rocks with Parmesan thrown on them. Poor excuse! Doordash gave me a $3 credit that doesn't ever cover the wings. No more wingstop and no more door dash! Gotta do better then that Wingstop!
Placed my order before work for pick up after work so I could grab food on my way home after 12 hours and 2 jobs in 1 day. Showed up to get my food and they'd skipped my order completely. It took another 45 minutes for me to get my 6 wings and 2 tenders! Never again. Another bad experience with this company. I'm done giving them chances.
I Ordered about 830 this evening. I asked for the 15 wing combo all flats WELL DONE. THAT was completely ignored, it was very soft and mushy. I kept eating in hopes of being full but I just kept getting Quizzy. I'm not happy with my experience. I'm surprised because it's a young lady with blond dreads who never disappoints me. I feel so sick and I instantly got diarrhea...on the toilet now as I'm typing.
They always say do one thing and do it right. According to my son they definitely got these wings down to a fine art. Everything here is made to order even the fresh cut fries which were amazing! The staff we're kind and the service was speeding and the restaurant is very clean! Absolutely love this place will definitely be back!
They told me the thigh bites were dark meat what I received was dry tough chicken nuggets (tough like beef jerky) with Parmesan cheese dumped on it they were lukewarm and the fries were cold this was a delivery that took an hour (they use door dash). They also forgot my dipping sauce and dessert when I called them they said just ask for them next time you order, not gonna happen, don't recommend
Depends on the day. Some of the workers need some improvement on customer service and quality. They tend to push minorities and those they profile order back to prove something to other groups. Not to mention the wait time. Took almost an hr for a basket of wings and fries with only one person ahead of me.well ended up behind 5 people that placed an order and paid after me.That's not okay. Don't think I will go back there.
Ordered online through their site and was missing food. Husband who received the food contacted the store and was told since they contract deliveries through DoorDash, he would have to contact them for any refund or replacement. I called in since I paid for the order and was told my husband was advised he could either come in and pickup the missing items (he has no transportation there) or they could offer a discount the next time we come in. My husband was never told this. He was only told to take it up with DoorDash even though the order never went through doordash other than a driver picking it up and delivering. Being lied to is not good service. I will not return to this Wingstop. I have not had any issues with any other location.
Placed an order online through the Wingstop website for delivery for my husband since neither of us could pickup. I understand they deliver through Doordash, but my husband only received HALF of the wings I ordered him. He called and was told he had to take it up with DoorDash for any type of partial refund or to get the food replaced. I called and the person I spoke with who was right next to the manager tried to tell me the same thing, until the manager saw that it was through their site the order was placed. They then proceeded to tell me that they told my husband they would offer us a discount the next time we come in and order from them, but they could not issue even a partial refund. They NEVER told my husband this information. I have not had a service issue with any other WingStop location I have ordered from. Will not order from this store again.
Hello fellow foodies my latest review is on Wingstop. There are many wing places to get your wing fix at, this should be your go to! I was very hungry so I got the wings for two bone in honey bbq and garlic Parm. Came with a drink and fries, it was perfect and hot made to order. I also added Cajun corn super tasty. Very clean restaurant. Five Stars.
I requested 20 lemon pepper, extra wet, all flats and I received mostly drumsticks, not extra wet, and when I called to tell them about the order the manager had a very negative tone and said she did not here what I said and should check the order before I leave. Great customer service! Jerks!!
