I never like to give one star but this Wendy's deserves that dubious honor. My wife and I ate there for lunch. Not a single table was clean. A customer asked for a spray bottle cleaner to wipe down her own table. Seriously? I wouldn't have believed it if I hadn't seen it myself. We looked for a table that was clean, couldn't find one so I picked off the larger chunks of old food with my hands. An employee was on break two tables down and heard us complaining about the dirty tables and dozens of ants running around the inside of the restaurant. She did nothing.I worked restaurants for many years. Even if I was on break I would have done something about the dirty tables. Not this employee. She sat there for another 15 minutes as one person after another tried to find a clean table. My burger was o.k. but the freestyle machines didn’t seem to be working properly. My drink had almost no flavor. My fries also had the taste of week old grease which wasn't pleasant. My wifes salad had red and brown lettuce (picture attached) she asked for another salad and that one also had nasty old red lettuce. She left two thirds uneaten.I understand they don't pay well but at some point you really have to take some pride in your work.I strayed from Culver's, Blaze Pizza and Chick- Fil-A. My mistake.Wendy's is pretty much a no go from here on out. I'll go where the restaurants are kept clean and serve decent food.
Arrived at this location at 10:48am Sunday July 17th. The crew seemed to be a mess. The "manager" had NO coordination and the dining area was dirty, unstocked and filthy. I ordered a Baconator, which is my favorite, and had to wait 15 minutes to get my food. Upon getting my food, the burger i got was not what i ordered. I received a Son of the Baconator, which is a lesser version of what i ordered. When i approached the "manager" i was told that the Baconater I ordered was the one i received. I have eaten at Wendy's longer than this location had been there, and to be told that I had to order it as a double, which IS NOT on the menu and i have NEVER had to order it like that before is ridiculous! The Baconator comes with TWO patties, not one. And to have not only the "manager" but certain staff belittle me for thier mistake is atrocious! I loved Wendy's, but the lack of care and rudeness of the staff there has made up my mind I'll just go to Checkers next time. Rude, lazy, and incoherent staff members. DO NOT GO HERE!
There Food you you can pretty much COUNT ON IT TO BE FRESHLY COOKED UNFORTUNATELY THERE WILL BE A TIME IT MIGHT NOT BE .But Just like any Fast Food ALWAYS ✔️ N SEE IF ALL YOUR FOOD IS PREPARED RIGHT BEFORE LEAVING THE DRIVE THRU IF YOU'RE NOT DINE IN.JUST IN CASE .& NOT THAT I'M SAYING THAT THIS IS THE CASE BUT NOWADAYS WE CAN'T AFFORD TO ORDERS TO BE MESSED UP SO ANYWHERE YOU EAT YOU MAKE SURE THAT YOUR ORDER IS RIGHT AND IF IT'S NOT I WOULD DEFINITELY TAKE IT BACK PRICE THEY'RE TOO HIGH AND THINGS ARE WAY DIFFERENT NOW AND THEY WERE BEFORE WE NEED TO GET A DOLLAR BURGER
Absolutely garbage service after 8pm. They literally deal with every order 1 at a time. Obnoxiously long wait lines, this is fast food and I shouldn't be waiting in line for 30 minutes just to reach the window. This is the standard at EVERY Wendy's in Daytona. They know what they're doing too, they don't want to deal with customers late, so they deprioritize everyone to make you go somewhere else.
They pulled me forward to a stop sign next to my building to wait for my food since I had three biggie bags but I’m pretty sure they forgot about me and I waited 10 minutes. When I got back to work me and my coworkers all agreed the food tasted like the oil was super old and that gave it an awful chemically taste. It always has that chemically taste whenever I go to this Wendy’s
This location is trash. Their manager is rude and yells at her employees for everything in front of the clients. She was very unprofessional. I felt bad for all the people who work there with her. She had nothing but attitude towards everyone. Our food took forever and then it turned out that they gave me someone else's order. Had to wait for them to remake it and listen to her yell at her employees for even making my order before another client's food even though our estimated pickup time passed well over 40 minutes after. This will not be a location we visit again.
This is the worst Wendy's I have ever gone to. chance after chance and they still manage to mess it up. Burnt to the crisp bacon on my sandwich a drop of cheese and nothing else on it. No accountability pure ignorance
I'm on the go a lot and this location is right here when I get on or off the highway. I ordered the same items yesterday for a total of $4.03, "two sausage biscuits; add cheese".Sausage biscuits here are $1.49. Adding cheese is $0.40. I get the same things all the time here.Today, the total was almost $7 because the person at the window wanted to ring these up as sausage, egg and cheese biscuits (minus the egg). When I explained that this wasn't correct, he refused to fix it and looked at me like I was crazy. We sat there disagreeing on the total and he wouldnt correct it. I drive off, parked and went in. When I saw the body language of people standing there, I walked out. I left and went to another Wendy's just up the road and got exactly what I asked for, no issues, no confusion. Like the last dozen times Ive asked for this exact order.I called the initial Wendy's to tell the manager what happened and her answer was that they're short staffed and it's been busy. She actually sounded agitated with me calling there. I get it. Ive worked retail. Ive taken the abuse myself. You still have a job to do. You have to be pleasant. Also, im not being unreasonable here. I told her I didnt want free food, I just wanted the cashier to understand the problem. The response I got was attitude. Get more staff and get some people who understand customer service. Won't be going to this location anymore. This isn't the first issue here either. Today was the final straw. This location exhausted every chance I gave them.

I ordered chili and was told that they didn't have any. I asked for fries with no salt and received old salted cold fries. I asked for a receipt and was told that drive thru doesn't have the ability to print receipts. So disappointed in the whole experience.
