Really an average taste and low to average quality. Service is one star! If no stars were available, these would be even more close to this Wendys. A total respect to the customers is totally a strange concept for the workers there! Worst service I’ve EVER experienced.
Just went there today terrible from food to customer service. I ordered a simple small frosty and med. fries. Frosty had parts of the machine broken pieces in it large enough for someone to choke off of and sue. Called over 15 times before someone answered finally got thru and. From the start rude attitude refuse to give name and she was the manager apparently. I was trying to give them a heads up on the situation so they save a life and from a lawsuit. She hung up the phone in my face. I hope they get sued now and shut down and they want $15 hr tried to call corporate no answer sat on for a hour. Very disappointing I advised everyone to stay away.
My first time having breakfast at Wendy's and it was really good! I had the Sausage, Egg, and Swiss Croissant meal. The sandwich came with seasoned home fries and choice of drink.
I've been at this location during the day between lunch & dinner time & it has been everything I believe Wendy's should be, but during the night, anywhere from 9 or 10 o'clock on, they are very slow, backed up, the employees are unhappy.I will not be back to this location if I can help it.Again, during the day, great, excellent 5 stars, but during the night, thumbs down, zero stars if I could for the night crew.
I was completely blown away by the lack of respect for customers at this Wendy’s location. I know corporate wouldn’t support the “service” or attitude that’s handed out later in the evening here.I know good help is difficult to find and kept right now, but my experience was genuinely disgraceful. I ordered online, thinking that would help their planning and processing. No- I was completely wrong. The gentleman that was having himself a nice smoke outside approached me aggressively informing me that the lobby was closed after 10. No worries! I ordered online and didn’t need to clog up the drive through line and would be happy to collect my order from him if he’d help me. Nope- not in the cards! The gentleman proceeded to smoke a 2nd and 3rd cigarette after telling me that due to security reasons, we’d need to circulate the drive through to pick up. Well, after an hour of waiting in the drive through (principally driven at this point) I got my order that had been prepared for almost an hour.Completely unacceptable.
I used to eat from this restaurant daily. From 2010 up until 2020. The crew cares more about socializing with each other instead of making sure the frosty machine is full you know the things they're supposed to be doing while they're getting paid. Bottom line the quality of service sucks and the quality of food is following fast. That is if they have the food available that you wanted.
It's Wendy's. My expectations were low, but not low enough apparently. The drive-thru took over 20 minutes. The girl running the drive-thru lacked basic people skills. When I finally got my order the fries were old, and not even hot. I had to ask for napkins because they didn't put any in the bag. They didn't even give me a spoon for the frosty I ordered, and when I asked for one, I was told "we're out"! Horrible service all around! Avoid this dump, and go eat next door at Pollo Tropical instead.
Worst service I’ve EVER experienced. Not only was I waiting for well over an hour, but everyone working apparently had better things to do. Most of them we’re walking around aimlessly, one of them was too busy scrubbing an already clean wall, and there was one lady left over cooking, bagging, and giving out food but even she was not getting a single order right. Every single time someone received their food, there were a number of things wrong with it.We specifically ordered a plain cheeseburger in a meal and a bacon chicken sandwich in a meal.However, what we received was a double cheeseburger with the works, a plain chicken sandwich, and within the fries were some rotten black looking fries.Absolutely disappointed and disgusted.
I’ve been here waiting for 2 cheeseburger meals for over an hour now. There are at least 5 other people here standing waiting for there food too. There is no organization, no communication, no structure. I am not impressed. A guy started randomly cleaning the walls, and one dude was stashing the food away in a fridge that was being prepped for the customers. Which caused more confusion for the workers. Absolutely ridiculous.
Training for multiple accents is much required as they could not understand my order. I went in to order and they were chatting instead of taking my menu order. Humor among employees is good for thier work relationships, but not at the cost of wasting a customers time.
