Hi, I didn’t have any opportunity to interact with staff or eat your food, because they were closed @ 9:07pm on Saturday when directly on the door it says open from 8am- 10pm on Saturday. Even on google it says open till 10pm. Management please UPDATE your times just so then people don’t waste their time driving to your location when it clearly isn’t open. Thank you.
My God I don't know the people there hiring here now but I think I will stop going to this location. There's a bunch of young kids always Cursing out loud and speaking very unprofessional of inappropriate things. I had my kids with me and I was so disappointed in the professionalism, smh shame on these people that where here on 4/1/2022 around 3pm.
This place is over priced and their smoothies taste like it's made with fake flavors instead of real fruit. Very disappointing.
First time coming here??. I love that it's all made with real healthy food.... My nephews are a fan favorite to Tropical Smoothie Cafe , I will become a fan as well.
I made my order online when I was about a 2mins up the road and when I arrived they were short staffed with 10 people ahead of me. They was so short staffed that no one was at the cash register. I left and called them to ask if I could cancel my order and she told me no. I called the owner and told him about the situation and he did nothing about it. I feel like he could’ve at least allowed me to come back and get my smoothie once they got everything under control.
They open on New years eve! Thank you to the very kind and courteous staff!! Our order was made perfectly and was absolutely delectable!! Five stars!!!!!
They are pretty poor with their customer service, they don’t say hi or even offer a friendly attitude. We were the only two people in the place and they forgot to make us our sandwiches. They didn’t use gloves when handling food either. They haven’t really been very nice to me every time I’ve been and while the smoothies turn out okay I don’t plan to return due to the poor service and lack of hygiene.
Great smoothies but staff sucks at Daytona location. They just sat on the counters and vaped before I walked in. Not even a hello or goodbye after ordering. Won’t go there anymore.
UPDATE 2021 service and quality of smoothies have gone way down. Tried them several more times to give them a chance to get it together. Epic fail. Will not return. Loyal customer for years.
The people who work here could be a little more enthused, but all in all a nice smoothie place that I go to a lot.
