Let's start with Glenda. She was 5 star. Just about the top 3 servers we've had in the Daytona area. Next the wait time for a group of 12. 10 min! We were impressed for a Saturday night. The food, excellent and the timing was perfect. The staff was amazing, we were there for surprise birthday and it went superbly. Owner came to our table and provided a personal singing of happy birthday in his best opera attempt, he gets an A for enthusiasm and entertainment. Highly recommend. BTW, my wife is Italian and she loved it as well.
Family owned, authentic Italian food
Had the pleasure of dining with some family and friends last weekend at Tiano’s at One Daytona. This was our MidiCi restaurant at One Daytona. Their Neapolitan Pizza was excellent, and we also enjoyed octopus, Tiano’s branded wine, and of course, cannolis for dessert. To all our MidiCi friends and family, if you miss our pizza, i highly recommend Tiano’s! You won’t regret it!
Being a local we try to stay away from the tourist areas. Tianos is across the street from Daytona Speedway. So you can expect a lot of tourists, just comes with the area.Ok, so here is your biggest tip. DONT GET A TABLE. Ask to sit at the bar. Trust me. If Jody is working behind the bar, it's game on. Super pleasant and very informative. She will ask your names and from then on she will refer to you by name. Not just you. Everyone at the bar. Then she's going to surprise you with a little something.Ask Jody what the specials are for the day. If you dare , order a drink from the top part of the drink menu. The lemon vodka drinks were delicious. I don't believe the pasta is made in house but that had zero effect on our meals. Eggplant was very good and spaghetti and meatballs... come on, delicious. Lunch was fantastic, a little slow on service with an empty restaurant. A little pricey but enjoying.My only observation was when we walked in. A prep-cook slicing vegetables was texting while resting her arm on what she was prepping, with gloves on and then went back to slicing with those same gloves. Not exactly sanitary.
Omg!! Heaven on earth!! Our waiter Sal (sp) was amazing!! All the staff were so friendly. Atmosphere and food was so perfect!! Will always eat here when in town!!
This was our first visit to this restaurant and actually were a little surprised as to what the restaurant looked like and where it was located. We were expecting an old style family run restaurant and its a large, modern restaurant in the middle of a huge entertainment complex across from the Daytona Speedway. That being said, the food was good-very good. We both started with Caesar Salad which was very good and they offered us some pizza bread which was okay but would have preferred garlic bread. I had chicken parmesan (very good) with a side of fettuccini alfredo (very good sauce but the fettuccini was slightly chewy). My wife from angel hair pasta with meat sauce and it was very good.. Service from Joey was outstanding, friendly and efficient.
I love this restaurant! They have most authentic margarita pizza made exactly like in Italy with Italian tomatoes & Italian 00 flour in a brick oven. Cannot find that anywhere around here. Their Greek salad is great too. I took my best friend here for her birthday. Glenda was the absolute best server. She's super tentative, & brought the pizza to us fast & hot which doesn't always happen. We sat outside and were treated like queens making her bday perfect. Joey kept moving our umbrella from the sun. Glenda let us sit there for hours chatting. These two ppl deserve a raise. Love this place!
Excellent food and service, the Pizza is real Neapolitan wood fire oven, with the best ingredients!! It may be busy during race week I will come back for sure!!
Best Italian restaurant in Daytona Beach. Hands-down. Staff is extremely friendly atmosphere is remarkable. I would recommend it to anyone. If you go there. You won’t be disappointed
