Great place to eat Waitresses are very friendly environment is nice and it has a great location
This place went downhill from last year. They lost their good staff and good manager. We sat at a bar table. The place wasn’t busy. No server ever came to our table so we went back to hostess who wasn’t very friendly and told us we had to be seated to get server which we were. Then it took another 10 minutes to get server. Our pretzel bites were burnt and she didn’t come back to check on us so we had to find her to tell her. She had them remake them and they looked the same. The only time we saw her was when she delivered our food. Horrible service. Wings were still good but it wasn’t worth the horrible service plus the place smelled like a sewer. Won’t be back.
Granted the "Wing house" just opened.& We were the first customers to my knowledge. The staff was still setting up for the morning. Still cleaning the kitchen and prepping the bar. The MUSIC, was very loud and distorted.I proceeded to the bathroom.? Didn't seem cleaned or sanitary. I observed a dirty bathroom floor, not swept. I made sure to WASH N DRY N USE PAPER TO OPEN the bathroom door.We ordered 1 drink each.Im fussy I enjoy a cider or a beer. I ordered a lager beer. My hubby ordered a "Cosmo" ? wrong choice. ? The drink was delivered CLEAR in color! Isn't a Cosmo.. Pink ? so I proceeded to look up the recipe. We both said something and read the "bartender" the ingredients" . Still wasn't prepared the proper way! And maybe this particular bartender didn't know the recipe. Any ways. The manager just meandering about.Some regulars arrive and the 1 floor waitress is excited and flirty with hugs for these gents. With gloves on mind you. Oh wait oh waitress did that to. .Needless to say. That visit was a waste of our time & money. Place didn't seem clean. And staff was in tune to prepping for the day. I thought the restaurants are supposed to clean after a long weekend. Nightly. The faster I got out of there the better.

Really good, even when packed we still had fast service! Heavenly is a well spoken waitress and is very helpful. Food is great, wings are best. The fries ? were bomb too!
I came here last year in May or so and it was great. Just came here, and complete garbage. After we got seated, we watched them turn away so many people a hour prior to closing. Our tator tots had to have been from earlier in the day. Nobody’s food was hot. The staff did not apologize for the cold food, nor the fact that we sat here for about an hour waiting for our food with only one other table seated. The server didn’t have another table but us. The wrong food was brought out for one of the parties at our table. When she was told about she, she said “ok”. Didn’t apologize, didn’t offer any fixes, just “ok”. Also the server was sick. You can hear the stuffiness when she was talking and You could hear the mucus in her when she continuously coughed when taking our order. only time she came to our table was to bring us food. Never checked up with us in between to make sure we didn’t need anything else until it was time for the check. Would not recommend this place at all!
I would give this place 3.5 Stars. The service was average/good. The outdoor tables were sticky, despite the waitress cleaning them. My kids had the wings and they were Jumbo in size and they report them tasting good. I had the Blacksmith Burger and it tasted great. One of the best burgers I have had in a long time from a restaurant. I sampled both the Curly French Fries and the wedge fries. The curly fries were just okay, with the wedge fries tasting reasonably good. The extra half star is for the skimpy outfits worn by the servers. I would go back again if I felt like another Burger.
Tried several times for 2 days to reach the wing house, (not capitalized on purpose) and they refuse to answer their phone. We drove by, and there were only two or three tables occupied. If they don't care, enough to answer the phone for a simple question or two, then they will not receive our family's business.
HORRIBLE!!! We came here for lunch and were there for 2 hours due to the slow service. We waited forever for our food and when it came it was cold. One of the people we were with didn’t get their food until 20 minutes after everyone else. It wasn’t even busy!!! Cupid was our server and she had the worst attitude I have ever seen from a waitress. She didn’t refill any drinks and we had to ask for almost everything- silverware, boxes, and the check. The food sucked. Bathrooms were disgusting. 0/10 would not recommend.
