Messed my order all the way up, I only wanted one extra taco. I asked and paid for supreme tacos and got tacos with lettuce and meat… This is exactly why I didn’t want the two extra tacos to begin with. Won’t be back
Drove from store to flomich and went to eat taco and it literally fell apart from being wet, couldn't even get it out of the wrapper it was so soggy... literally fell apart, was like the shell was put in water b4 they made the food...1 of the 3 tacos I got actually was able to be picked up and eaten...absolutely horrible
This is definitely the worst Taco Bell I’ve been to. The prices are about 1.5x higher than normal, but they give you less food/worse quality food. I got 2 supreme tacos for like $3 each, but they were just normal tacos. I understand that this location is convenient for vacationers, but I would avoid.
Hard shell tacos had odd flavor almost a cleaner or something all three I got were like that
Burrito sucked....way under portioned, 2 tacos were wrong...had lettuce after repeating order 3 times and had to go back thru line to get it right..think cashier was on crack..very little comprehension and was acting very high.... SCARY!!???
No line but the cashier was pretty out of touch on her job. She charged me 1.59 for a free cup of water and didn't know how to remove the charge, asked me my name for my order then didn't call my name when my order was up, I saw a bag on the counter and when I asked if it was mine she said I don't know you can look in the bag & check. The crunchy taco shells were soggy on the bottom, but the dinning room was clean
All the condiments were in the center. Instead of being all over my pizza
Very poor service ordered from Uber eats and the receipt was correct but the workers messed it completely up nothing was right on it. The fries that were ordered they put steak and tomatoes both on it which were requested off. The quesertios we ordered was a black bean and also a beef, both were black bean (gross) the steak chalupas had no meat what so ever in them and requested 8 mild sauces but received 4 Diablo sauces. Poor Poor service if I could rate even lower I would.
Joe always has a smile and gives the best customer service of any fast food restaurant. He is the #1 reason I drive out of my way to this taco bell and not one closer to my home.
If I could I would rate this a zero food out of date it is disgusting and made my husband sick and I want a refund but they refuse to give me one
