Majority of the time the food is great. But one of the employees attitudes leave a lot to be desired. I used to go in there to eat at least 3 to 4 time a week if not more. As I was about to go in today I witnessed an employee ( Black female with colored braids) scream at a woman and another man who had just walked in and set stuff at a table. Get screamed at saying that those white people cannot be here without buying anything. How would she know what they were planning on doing or purchasing if they had only just walked in a minute before? Not only that but she walked in ahead of me which was almost 10 minutes after 5pm. Customers in line having their food made witnessed all of this with dropped jaws. Not only was she being very Racist with her attitude but loud and disrespectful as well. I want to know if this is how you train employees and if so I will never visit a Subway again.
Good food , had a mucher using g wifi , not eating, made me feel uncomfortable
For some reason, these highschool dropouts never toast my subs when I order online. And I mean NEVER. I even make a note about it in the “special instructions” tab. The food is sloppily made, they drench your sub with disgusting sauce and over-power it. I only eat Crapway when they do the buy one get one promotion. No matter how gross, 2 subs for $7 is a great deal.
I wouldn’t order online from here. I ordered delivery over the weekend, waited for an hour, called the store and they said they never received my order and that I would be refunded since the order didn’t go through. $34 was still taken out of my bank account and I obviously didn’t get the food I ordered. Can’t get a hold of anyone now to try to get my money back.

I don't blame Subway in anyway with this review as it is who they use for delivery (DoorDash). I did an order online for Subway and when I was tracking it ,it said it was delivered and I never got my order. I called Subway and they were really nice about it but the driver from DoorDash either stole the order or delivered it somewhere else. The manager I talked to said they were having alot of issues with DoorDash Delivery drivers stealing food. So Subway, Why don't you go with another delivery service?
When I got there they said they were out of egg and said “so do you not want me to make your sandwich, I will cancel the order” and I said no just make it without if you can add avocado instead, they obviously need better training because that’s not how you’re supposed to speak to customers. The staff didn’t give me avocado. I asked and they said yes, and when I asked why it wasn’t on the side like i asked they said they put it on the sandwich.
Ordered on the app and picked up at the drive-thru (door was locked). Sub was missing over half the ingredients, including the sauce. Granted it was late (11:15 PM), so I understand that they may have been out of some ingredients, but they could have at least had the decency to tell me.On top of the screwed-up order, the car in front of me waited almost 10 minutes at the window. Not sure if it's a staffing issue or what, but I would suggest avoiding online orders here.
I got my tuna on Italian bread and it was super good and tasty ?. Everybody is friendly and looks neat. Love this place, the best in Daytona
Worst sub I’ve ever had. I went thru drive thru and ordered light on all sauces and sweet onion sauce. When I got home the heavy sauce was everywhere and they put an orange spicy sauce instead of sweet onion. I tried to call the store to see what sauce they used due to me having allergies and no one would answer. Publix it is for now on.
