Had to wait ten minutes in an empty store for one of the 3 people to start taking my order. They said the internet orders are priority. Girl that finally helped was clueless as to how to make a protein bowl, skimpy on everything I asked for. Brown lettuce. Disgusted. Only rewarding part was to not leave a tip at all
Decided to visit this Subway and I'm glad I did. Friendly employees and probably the cleanest Subway I've seen.
Never had an issue here. I do use mobile order which works great and there is no wait. I dont come here on peak lunch hours and the sandwich is always fresh and done to order. I do stop in once in a while and buy there chocolate cookie and it always fresh. Recommend coming here, just use the app during peak times and order ahead of time.
Was there yesterday and waited 20 minutes to order.Ordered a spinach wrap and the man behind the counter put down a regular colored wrap.When I questioned him why it wasn't green he said spinach wraps come in that color and also red and green.He argued that point while the manager said nothing.Either he's the the dumbest person on the planet or the manager is for not training him.RIP my friend Fred DeLuca your franchises are not the same you'd be embarrassed RIP!
Well for one, this young man shouldn't be in this store working by his self an there wasn't anything prep for him for his shift.. that's so disrespectful to his shift... I couldn't get everything I wanted on my sandwich an also my husband as well... we as managers should do way better by our associates because I was in here with 8 others an he did his job..... 02-02-2022- GEORGIA VISITORS... I've been loyal to this place for the past year now, up until I discovered that their policy only calls for three black olives on a six inch sub, along with not counting it as a footlong and charging the extra price ONLY if it's a different type of bread. I go to publix to not only have one of their better competing subs with more generous ingredients, but use the restroom and it was out of order. I go to this particular subway for the restroom and I'm immediately harassed with greed by the short haired Karen, asking if I was buying a sub, so I lied because my poopy was more important than buying a less than adequate sub. Isn't subway a public place? I'd say yes, so it's a public bathroom, unless a sign designates otherwise, not a mean Karen. Goodbye Subway, I still love you.
I got to this place right after it opened because of needing food for a wedding party as they were getting ready. Everything was fresh and although the choices of bread are not what they used to be right now there were still plenty of choices. Very nice server.
The guy working there tonight was all on his own and doing his absolute best to do all the food prep as well as preparing the sandwiches and salads. He also had excellent customer service skills!
The employees were friendly and they made sure I had everything I wanted and they had no problem making a specialty sub for me
