Great food Great Service. Great prices. Hands down the best customer service we had in Daytona. Excellent Breakfast and homemade bread.

A previous guest left a menu in our condo that looked pretty good so on my night to choose our dining (we take turns) I chose Steve’s Famous Diner. I had fish and chips, my wife a BLT. The proportions were huge, neither us could finish! The food was fantastic, no issues at all. The waitress was the best! We liked the restaurant so much we ate there again on our last night. This time my wife had a burger, I chose the stuffed peppers. The look on my face had to be in awe because the size of my meal. I told my waitress I can’t eat all of that, she smiled and said I know, I’ll bring you a to go box ?. I forgot mention they bring out homemade bread and a choice of soup prior to your meal. Steve’s Famous Diner should be on everyone’s list, especially the locals!

Just pick any dish on the menu and you will be very happy, satisfied, and very full! The soup appetizer is to-die-for … especially the Greek Lemon Chicken Orzo Soup (chicken noodle soup, but SO much better! This soup is only prepared on Tuesday and Wednesday though). The BLT is fantastic, my husband loves the stuffed peppers, I love the liver & onions, their breakfast biscuits and gravy (breakfast served until 2 pm) is magnificent, their pot roast dinner is delicious, the fried chicken dinner was so crispy yet juicy (and was 1/2 chicken!), I don’t know how they did it! Oh, and the baklava is melt-in-your-mouth! We can’t even eat dessert so we take it to-go! We’ve been eating at Steve’s Famous Diner for several years now and we have NEVER been disappointed, either with the food or with the service. Every single person working there is friendly and wants to make your dining experience a great one. They do have their younger school age children there sometimes. They are in the unoccupied part of the restaurant and they are SO well behaved, you’d never even know that they were there. I love the family atmosphere and I love that their kids have a place to be where there’s adult supervision with their mom being close by, keeping her eyes on them while being able to work as well.

I went here four times over a five-week period. Every time the amount of food required me to take about half of it home. The homemade soups and bread made daily are great. The prices are all reasonable. The wait staff is friendly, fast and helpful. This place seems to be popular with both the locals and out of towners based on the observed diners.

The food was great for the family but we came here because in their description on tripadvisor said that there were gluten free options. I spoke with a manager and they said that everything is cross contaminated and there are no true gluten free options. Please fix your Profile on tripadvisor!!!!

Adorable restaurant with a small town, family vibe. I had the Greek omelet and it was spectacular - it was served with a humungous slice of home made toast. Friendly wait person. This is the place where the locals eat - and the Daytona Firemen ♡♡♡

We stopped here for dinner and as soon as we were seated got some lovely homemade bread still warm out of the oven and some soup. I had the lobster bisque which was thick and creamy and very nice and my wife had the chicken soup which she found to be a bit too salty. I had a gyro burger with chunky fries and the wife had chicken parmigiana. My burger was ok and so was the chicken, we shared key lime pie which was very tasty and the whole bill was $37 so it was cheap.

I recommend this place to everyone. Absolutely incredible service and GOOD food. We are from Wisconsin. Super happy we managed to find this place while visiting. You won't be sorry stopping here.Would also like to thank the lady for complimenting my Elvis shirt. Unfortunately I did not get her name but It was so cool to meet someone who has actually been to his concert. You were so sweet!

The roast turkey turkey dinner was just fantastic! Actually too much to eat at one sitting. The homemade bread the best I've ever had. Wait person was outstanding.

Fantastic! Their homemade greek sourdough bread is out of this world. They use this to make their fabulous French Toast. We enjoyed our breakfast we came back another day for lunch. It didn’t disappoint either. Their homemade soup and stuffed peppers were great. Will definitely be back ❤️
