Great experience!! Toni made it special.My last S&S experience was in California and it was awful. Hadn't eaten at S/S since then.Decided to try it again, this location isn't great but the food was excellent, beautiful, and good! The strawberry shake was wonderful!Definitely going to eat here again
Great food and very clean dining room. Out door seating as well. Very polite and helpful staff. Great place for a high quality low cost burger ??
Excellent food! Had a hiccup with the shakes recently. We only ordered a couple of shakes at the in-store kiosk. After waiting 20 minutes, asked and we were told they are in the freezer. Not sure why, but they were more like ice cream. Other than that, super friendly and great tasting food. Can't wait to go back again!
Great price for the meal. French fries are almost as good as McDonald's. But McDonald's fries gets cold then steak and shake fries are so much better. Milkshake amazing. Cheese burger little salty but still good to eat. Patty melt taste good I like it but if you can't handle oils don't eat this. Friendly staff. Great customer service.
I absolutely love this steak n shake. Everytime I come to Daytona I have to stop here. Not sure if the older gentleman with the mustache is the manager but he was excellent.
Has Steak 'n Shake ever changed! Not for the better either. Order at a kiosk, sit at a table, wait for someone to yell out your number and go get your own dinner. Warm maybe. Bus your own table and never saw anyone come out to the dining room to wipe anything down. Didn't see any cleaning protocol of any kind. The only reason I gave it 3 stars was because dinner was tasty. Not worth the price though.
It is a place of waiting and patience and perseverance if you go through the drive-thru. But sitting down and enjoying the shake and a steak burger it's a lively environment. Seriously it just gets slammed. I know it isn't their fault, we just like our steaks and our shakes too much. At least it comes out hot and tasty!
I went through the drive thru my fries were cold and they told me. They couldn't make it over they could give me my money back. I took my money back I was disappointed. The only good thing was the manager gave me cash back so I didn't have to wait for my money to go back on my card. Ormond Steak and Shake food is better if you ask me. Their food is fresh.
'We stopped to eat here in Daytona. We are older and dis not know how to work Keiosk. A sweet lady from behind counter came and helped us. I ask who owns this. They all pointed to her. She was so kind and good to us.
It's truly been a long time since I visited back in September. However I would like to take this time to recommend the servers in front and behind the counter. As I was waiting for my order there was quite a few unruly customers that were blinded to the fact that before they ordered it would be a bit longer wait. The employees handled themselves well and didn't let the negative customers affect their service. This was my first time at this restaurant chain. I loved the layout of how you can see in the the kitchen in how the operation is being done. I also loved the Chef jackets the employees wear. I wish the company would sell them in a like a souvenir area. I know a good chef jacket when I see one.?
