This is hands down THE WORST Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I’m not sure what the issue is at this location, but nobody seems to know how to correctly make any of the drinks and the coffee tastes old and bitter a lot. The bread on my breakfast sandwiches this morning were literally hard as a rock! I couldn’t even believe they served that to me and most of the time they don’t provide you with a receipt in the drive thru so on days like today when I needed to make a return and get a refund for my order I couldn’t. Starbucks isn’t cheap and to pay for a drink that isn’t made correctly or to the Starbucks standard and breakfast sandwiches that are not fresh is not acceptable. The staff is extremely friendly at this location which keeps customers coming back, but I think they either need some serious training or new management.
This is more of a review for the company itself it’s pretty insane that a multi million or billion dollar company that makes expensive coffee can’t even manage to order a good selection of sugar-free syrups for those of us who cannot have sugar.At least you had two options and you got rid of the one why and didn’t replace it why? So all we get is vanilla and we have to pay an up charge for it as if they actually cost more than any other syrup that’s Ludacris. You also should have a gluten-free option for breakfast sandwich since nobody really does that’s fast food that would make you a lot of money from a business owners perspective you’re losing so much money for these two simple things you should probably hire me for a CEO. I don’t understand companies but I guess she makes so much money it doesn’t matter just like Panera bread doesn’t offer any gluten-free yes there is actually tons of people with autoimmune diseases they cannot have sugar or gluten and there are plenty of options of sugar free things that can be made with Stevia that are not total poison. Get them. Please. J c
Made our drinks quickly & correctly. I had several gift cards with small amounts, the cashier used each one and even offered to use my stars for one of the drinks. Very friendly & patient.
Friendly staff but we waited 20 minutes for 2 lemonades and still I did not get what I ordered. Everyone else around us got their food and drinks but we did not. Not returning to this location. Save yourself the time and frustration. Go somewhere else!
I just wanna thank a person named Kendall they were fast on service and made it a really nice experience cause I was there a while waiting on my friend to show up to study for an exam the next day but they never showed so while I was there Kendall was the cashier also made my two coffees and tea with a wrap, and to put it together it was a great first time at Starbucks.
Friendly staff BUT, went here twice during vacation. Always order the same drink. Venti skinny vanilla latte, iced, light ice, extra shot. Both times wrong. First time couldn't taste vanilla at all. Had to get syrup on the side to add. Second time drink came out way too light colored. Questioned it and they offered to make new. I accepted new and when I received I swear it had no vanilla flavor at all. Also still very light color. Had to then ask for syrup. I order this all the time in Sebring Florida. 3 times a week. Also in North Conway N.H. . Can't they duplicate at each location? At almost $8 it should be right.
Great experience here as always. This location seems to always be busy. Expect a wait here. But every order has been consistent and worth getting here. Thank you for the hard working employees here.
People were friendly enough but things were out of stock, wasn't very clean, & we ordered 3 tall Frappuccinos & paid for talls & they gave us the grande size. When I asked about it, they said that was tall....which I know better.
The staff and atmosphere is nice and well... its a normal Starbucks... Nothing really impressive except that it is a very short walk to the beach, close to several hotels and has quite a bit of indoor and outdoor seating. Still well kept and they did well adjusting during the pandemic.
Same great Starbucks service. Nice outside tables.
