I asked for hot coffee, I received hot coffee. Place was clean, parking ample, and an easy in easy out location.
Very hardworking staff ,the place was clean, has outdoor seating too.
This morning I went to the Starbucks and I ordered a Venti hot caramel macchiato. I also ordered an extra shot of espresso. Which would make four shots of espresso I left there unsatisfied when my coffee taste like chocolate milk. I like my coffee to taste like coffee. The funny thing was it didn’t even taste like caramel it tasted like chocolate so I spent way too much money on chocolate milk that I won’t drink. Ughhh Probably the worst coffee I’ve ever had from Starbucks.
20mins drive through line at a Sunday 4pm,it was supposedly “not so busy”. When finally it’s my turn, the staff was on her headset taking orders, after about 1 minute, the staff told me the price, I was surprised that I had not ordered yet, then she immediately said “ sorry, I can’t take your order through the window.” I ask her where I should make the order, she said it’s at the menu board. I drove by it and did not see the sign “Order Here” like most drive through restaurants would do, so I did not make the order. From her immediate response, I can tell I am not the first one makes this mistake, but she did not offer any easy solution, the only way is I have to go back to the line the wait for another 20 minutes to make the order. I did not go back. Shame on Starbucks, pooooor management.
I asked for a cookies and cream cold brew I saw someone make on tik tok and with no hesitation the girl who took my order was very willing to try and make it for me and SLAYED. It came out so good! Round of applause ? for a dedicated and willing team.
Would rate it a zero if I could. Absolutely horrible. Several employees in the store but only one person was making drinks for the mobile orders and the people who ordered in store. Cashier was super friendly and helpful. Had to cancel my order after waiting in store for 30mins for two ice coffees. Manager was present in store but was not assisting with making orders or anything. Never had worse service and I am a frequent Starbucks patron. Do Not go here if you can avoid it!
Don’t show up in a hurry… they need to build another Starbucks right next door to handle the overflow. Great location but not big enough at all. Coffees were good but 45 mins to wait is too much.
The girl at the drive-thru tonight was literally the sweetest! I didn’t catch her name but she has short curly hair and I believe glasses. Her energy was a bright spot in my day after a long day of work.I do like this location, it’s close to my work and they have always made my drinks how I like so far.
Haven't had a sip of these iced Chai drinks yet... why are they not filled to the top like they used to be. Love love love these drinks, and I feel like the money I pay for these drinks should cover the cost to fill it to the top. Not sure what's going on lately, but I saw 4 people in line before me that were unhappy for the same reason. Please fix this issue.Thanks,A repeat customer.
The person who took my order was great with helping when items were out of stock but after that the service was terrible. Waited for 30 minutes for two drinks, the first one was made very wrong and when we told the barista Teegan she had poor attitude and told us it was not wrong and that’s how it comes even though we’ve order it multiple times before, it was even the wrong size. After that I told her not to worry about my drink that we did not have time to wait any longer and she again had an attitude and the coffee was not made right on top of it. I usually do not go to this Starbucks but had to resort to it due to the one on Granada being closed. After today I think I can live without it until that store opens.
