I order from this pizza hut all the time but last night I was so disappointed that I don't know if I will order the again. I didn't receive all my items and when I called to talk to an employee to try to get the items he was rude and showed no concern on wanting to me to be satisfied with my service. The last 3 times i ordered from here my breadsticks were burnt and last night I was missing items. I hope they teach that young man that answered the phone better customer service.
Order process was easy. The wait for delivery felt like two hours. Could of been better for what we paid for.

I placed an online delivery order and waited 2 hours before trying to call multiple times without an answer. Finally just drove to the store and picked up an old pizza. Will NEVER go there again.

I ordered the stuffed crust pizza. The cheesy crust was amazing! I only ordered with 1 topping (sausage). The middle of the pizza was very hard (not chewable) but after you got past that, it was great. Not sure how to balance out the middle with the cheesy crust. I do enjoy pizza hut.
My order was supposed to be done in 19 minutes, I got there early and let them know. My order was expected to be done in 2 minutes when the employee came out to say mine is done but they got a large order came in. After waiting more than 10min, I went inside and my pizza was in the warmer…not being delivered to my car. And there was an employee running around looking sick and saying he was…very bad experience.
I scheduled my order at 2:30ish pm to be picked up by 4:30pm. Food seemed to be cooked when order was placed then sat under the heat lamp until pick up making the pizza old and hard and overheated. We did not notice the pizza quality until we reached home 30 mins away.
