Store hours marked on front door say 830pm for inside , yet 810pm the front doors are locked. I'll no longer eat at this restaurant if they can't even follow their own schedule... Millennial mentality of always what's easier.
Had to wait a very long time for a mobile order, around 30 min after the pick up time. Staff was not very accommodating and seemed very dismissive about the whole thing. Food here is good though, so I’ll have to give an extra star for that.
I feel like the styrofoam containers at Panda have decreased in size over the years, therefore the portion sizes are much smaller, and thus I get hungry more quickly after the meal. I usually get the side and two entrees ("Plate") but now get more hungry easily after finishing the meal.I do enjoy how the employees are still protecting others and staying safe by wearing masks. Fortune cookies are still complementary, which is great.
Love this place for a quick lunch or dinner on the go. Eat-in or take out. Food is usually fresh as the cook refills serving bowls all day long. I especially like the lo mein (chow mein), but sometimes it tastes a little dry, nothing a packet of soy sauce won't fix. Enjoy.
Good food but portions sizes much smaller then other Panda Buffetts I've been to.
Exactly it was just okay. It's very inconsistent as well. Some days the lo mein is crispy some days it's soft some days the orange chicken is hard as rock some days it's soft. Most days dry. Same with the service.
Tried to order bigger plate with all shrimp through the drive-through. Store was not busy at all when I was there. They tried to say they only had enough shrimp for a plate or I could wait for new shrimp. I said I wanted to wait for what I ordered and that I wanted all fresh shrimp not a mix of the old and new. After waiting 10 minutes in my truck they finally brought my order out.Surprise surprise they did exactly what I asked them not to do. They already charge a premium for the shrimp and I had 3 orders of it. 2/3 of my order was cold, old, nasty shrimp and maybe 4 pieces of new hot crispy shrimp.STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION THE STAFF ARE EXTREMELY INCOMPETENT
Get lunch today along with a medium coke. Tasted my drink and its tasted like water, no flavor at all. I took the lid off and the drive through should have seen how light it was and knew the flavor needed to be changed. Almost $3 on a soda wasted. Very disappointed
This is the absolute worst panda express ever. My wife and I hadn’t even made it in the door and then the lady behind the counter became so rude telling me she would not serve me because my car was parked in an empty drive-through lot. There were no other cars in the drive-through lot but my car and the store was empty. I stated that is this way you want to treat a military veteran I want to speak to a manager. The manager was just as rude. You lost a loyal customer because we frequent your restaurant all the time. I will make sure I tell my friends and family about your staff. As I was leaving another vehicle pulled up and parked in the empty drive-through slot I wonder if they kicked them out.
Panda express in Daytona near the race track is a real disappointment. With a couple of exceptions on employees. They over two dollars for a Coke in a bottle which is warm. I ask for a cup and they wanna charge you for a cup unless you accept to take a small cup which won’t even take a third of the bottle. After you put ice in it. So I ask hound girl with eye lashes who denied me a cup to speak with a manager, (not a manager) who’s working with his back facing us. Doesn’t even have the courtesy to Look at me.She smiles at him and doesn’t tell him I bought a warm bottle of Coke and that I would like to put it in a cup with ice, so I could take it with me. So she said I told him no, of course he supports her. So you have a team of people who appear to lack common sense and don’t use their discretion on a case by case basis. Unbelievable how local corporate policies negatively impact the customer acquisition and retention factor. Or is it employee decided? But I guess when you play the law of large numbers, it just doesn’t matter those of us who have a sensible request. It’s a matter of principle counts here. ????????
