Service was awesome! We celebrated my daughter's 18th there. Soup doesn't taste as it use to. Gnocchi was the best part. Chicken tasted like it came from a can. Breadsticks were great. Not enough sauce on your red sauce dishes. Overall a once a year thing for me that's about it.
Location, restaurant and server (Shelby), are excellent! Food, however, was OK. The Zuppa Toscana soup? Very good. I had the only GF soup available. I've not been to any OGIR for more than ten years and on this visit, nothing has improved. The GF pasta still has a bland/not fully cooked taste. Manager and staff were on point and tried to make it right so kudos for that. I just wish they had more varieties. The bread! If only the had GF bread. That would go excellent with the Zuppa Toscana soup.
My boyfriend, our friend and I went here for a quick meal after work and we had Jojo as our server. I wanna say she was the best server we have ever had here, she was polite, funny, quick and very attentive to us and her other tables. She was on top of everything and we honestly didn’t have to ask for anything because she was THAT good. As a server myself, I will never want someone else serving me at Olive Garden besides Jojo. Woman deserves a pay raise ?? now whenever I come in I will always ask for Jojo or we will go somewhere else ?
Great service and as always amazing food!Deep fried ravioli to go along with the soup salad and breadsticks.The staff was very friendly and eager to answer questions I had regarding parking and hours.5 stars all the way!

Really good everything came out hot and perfect just out of order. So we got our appetizers, then our main meal and then our salads, we didn't mind at all if anything we didn't fill up on salad and the meal was super yummy! They were really busy but we got sat pretty quickly and food came out really fast too! Amazing meal great last minute date night after work ♡ ALSO a lot cheaper then I expected! ♡
The food was amazing. Probably the best olive garden we have been to. Our server was amazing. I don't remember his name but he went above and beyond. Overall a great experience for my daughter bday.
The food tasted great and our server was pretty good for the most part. However the napkin smelled absolutely horrible like musty mildew. Almost like clothes that you forget to put in the dryer. Imagine that, but forgetting it for days or weeks. I didn't realize where the smell was coming from at first because I have never had an olive garden napkin smell like that before. It normally smells like cheese, or no real smell at all. (Not like I make a point to sniff the napkins, but you notice it). It completely ruined my appetite after a few bites. I let my server know about the smell and she said she would tell the manager. I didn't hear anything about it after that, and eventually just got a box and took the food home to eat it when my stomach felt at ease again. I never mentioned that it ruined my appetite as I know that they send the napkins out to be cleaned, and they should trust that company to clean them. But they were wrapped in silverware, naturally, so I know someone else had to have noticed it as well for how strong it was. And I'm sure mine couldn't be the only one, unless it alone accidentally got wet and sat in the water for a while, but I doubt it. A mild smell I could understand, but I could smell it with my face a few feet away. Maybe they need to talk with the cleaning company, but with it being in direct contact with the utensils, it's very concerning.

Server Dillon was great. Food was very good. Ordered cheese ravioli and spaghetti and meatballs. Very pleasing atmosphereI will be back.
