I’ve been here a few times and the last was by far the most interesting experience. Usually service is a bit slow for how busy it is but yesterday was one for the books. There were 6 of us, all 6 ordered drinks and 4 ordered food. Drinks came quickly for 2 people in our group, the food came for the 4 that ordered but 4 still had not received their beers. When asked about the beers, the waitress didn’t find it odd that everyone had food and 2 people had beers but the other 4 did not have their beers. She went up to the bar, grabbed a beer that was there, brought it over and asked us to try it to figure out what beer it was. She also did not find this odd that she brought a random beer over to try. When questioned that she wanted us to blindly sample this beer for her, her response was, “well yea, you can keep it either way though.” Well I would hope so after I sample it that you wouldn’t put it back on the counter to give to another customer but who knows with this one. The beer was incorrect and finally, 10 minutes after we received our food, we received the correct beers. Again, none of this seemed odd to our waitress. So if you’re going to this place, double check that they give you the correct drink order and be prepared to wait even when they’re half full.
On vacation and usually hit a restaurant once look for other restaurants to get a variety. Hitting this place twice since its so good. Wish we found this gem earlier in our trip. Phenomenal menu that you don't see every day that won't disappoint.

You definitely get bang for your buck at this place. The service is on point, the servers are very attentive and friendly. The bar tender makes great drinks. The Bloody Mary is made with their own homemade mix. We also got the Irish Coffee as a dessert, which was very good. The fish and chips were very tasty. We will definitely come back to this place again the next time we are in Daytona Beach. They also have nice outdoor covered seating as well.
McK's at heart is a brewery-Irish bar and tavern with a bank of 30 draft taps almost all good craft brew. The atmosphere is great. On a hot Florida afternoon the long cool bar is a great place to relax and enjoy for a few hours. In addition to the excellent bar, McK's has very good food and clean restrooms.During two extended stays at the Daytona Beach Marina and Boatworks we ate at McK's half a dozen times and it was good every time. My personal favorites were the Shepherds Pie and the basic BLT. These days restaurants, taverns, cafes... with a genuinely good BLT are rare and McK's is one of the best.
Excellent bar, food, and service. We ordered Thai Chicken Soup, Fish & Chips, Chicken Wings (barbeque), a burger, and a Chicken Pot Pie. We enjoyed all of our meals. The prices were very fair. Excellent bar with a huge menu of beer. (Plenty of parking and clean bathrooms.)
Food quality and quality is still excellent, unlike some restaurants that have suffered in recent times. The pub was packed on our visit but there was plenty of staff and they made sure to acknowledge us and let us know they would be back for our orders. There is a robust beer selection. We’re putting McKs on the top of our list for return visits.
Great Food, Had the boom burger definitely loved everything on it tasted fresh and the wings also can tell they make them fresh to order.

I was so excited to try this place, ordered a flatbread pizza thinking it was going to be good. It turns out I was better going to get a frozen pizza from the dollar store. I had to put my wings back in the oven they weren’t cooked all the way. I’ve heard such great things about this place, so I’m a little upset that my experience didn’t go so well.
