2 stars because they got my order right, but one of the worst mcdonalds I've been to. Service is extremely slow and unprofessional, and the bathrooms were so dirty they weren't usable. All toilets were clogged and had urine/ fecal matter on the seats and walls. Health Dept should definitely do a check in.
Management was horrible. Along with the restaurant was very dirty. The woman's bathroom was nasty. They haven't cleaned or stocked the woman's bathroom all day. The table's were filled with trash and not wiped off all day.
If these workers deserve 15 dollars or more then i deserve 40/hr. Waited almost half an hour from drive thru and waiting for my food. Walked and no one even started to make it, This place needs to closr or fire everyone ?
I had the 40 piece nuggets and two fries, loved the meal. Service was good. Place was clean. Nice outside dining area.
This location was really fast compared to other locations. Food was hot and fresh at 9:30am.
Worst McDonald’s ever. Drive through has ridiculously long wait times, service is absolutely awful. Staff brought out the wrong order and then proceeded to argue about what was on the screen vs my receipt.
Complete chaos for not even being that busy. I could hear them having difficulties in the drive thru. Wrong food wrong order type of stuff. So my order was the Quarter Pounder w/Chz meal. There was 3 other customers in the whole place and still our food took forever to come out. I grabbed mine took one bite and knew something was wrong. A raw piece of meat between two beat up buns . Showed them at the counter and they cooked I think another one for me. That took an additional 10 minutes to get out. I understand when you go to McDonald's and restaurants like that is expected to have slow service cold food unhappy guest. But then there's the we're not even trying episodes that really want to keep you from going back to them. There is another fast food restaurant similar to McDonald's that I never go back to exactly for that reason and now McDonald's looks like have equaled that restaurant as well. Shame
Went by tonight after Rockville and saw all the lights off at 11:45pm and according to google was supposed to be open until 1am, so we went to double check with an employee that was outside at the time because we noticed that at night some restaurants will have their lights off and are still open. His response was “dont you see the lights are turned off, we’re closed.” There was no need to be so rude when we were asking a simple question. Do better.
We went to this location later in the evening and were very impressed. Rakeem was a polite kid and deserves some kudos. Restraunt was very busy and short staffed and he provided us with a very welcoming and positive attitude. I tried to call and speak to a manager but the phone number is busy.
At least they're friendly while making you wait 20 minutes for an incorrect order! They're consistently slow, so they've got that going for them. ??♀️
