Very alarming to hear employees are having to work without air conditioning and being written up for not wearing proper attire, as well as there employees having health issues.Isn't it time we care more about employees health and well being instead of how much money is being made?Even the ice machine is down, a scare a few months ago over the soda machine as well. And mistreating employees who have predetermined health issues. Not giving raises they were promised either. It's time to make America great again by caring about the people who keep your store running, not just the money you generate.

Christina is a role model to all managers! The cashier was friendly and great service as well, made it really enjoyable! Well that was my old review when I gave this place five stars… But my new updated review is this place should get zero stars. My niece who is choking coughing and nobody would give her water. They would not give her a drink of water. They said we can sell you a bottle of water and they wanted to wait for me to go to my car get money bring me up to sell me a bottle of water for five girl that was choking. This place is horrendous For condoning this behavior and McDonald’s should make some serious changes. I can’t think of a more disgusting thing for an establishment to do.

Waited for 15 minutes for curbside pickup. Got food, and fries were cold and soggy. Went back inside and asked for fresh, hot fries. Manager took them back and said “these aren’t even cold”.Listen, why say that anyway? I’m the customer. They’re gross and cold. How is that helpful to say that loud enough for your customer to hear it? You think I want to waste more time here? Now 20+ minutes for curbside pickup. Insanity. Stay far away.

The food is horrible. Yes it’s McDonald’s but this is bad and the place is filthy. No tables clean. Someone said you’re gonna burn your fries and the girl in back said I don’t care, let them burn.My chicken nuggets are jerky. Just awful

Ridiculously slow service regardless of how many customers they have. There are some managers who are happy and will approach you to make sure you've been helped but the majority of their employees just ignore you. They've eliminated the drink station which makes it very frustrating if you want a refill... Or a straw.... Or ice... Or napkins.... The seating is now all wood with no cushions which makes for easy cleanup but screams "don't spend more time than needed here" vibes. The new look is very streamlined and monotonous, doesn't feel like McDonald's anymore. What used to be a happy, colorful place for kids has become a somber, digital, business like go to for mediocre burgers and subpar service.... Not really the fault of this particular location but really wish McDonald's wouldn't have strayed so far from what they were

Really nice team here. Fast and friendly. Food was hot and fresh and the way they stacked and arranged my 10 piece nuggets, I have never seen before. I was totally amazed by the amount of effort they put in to prepare our food.

Truly at the bottom of the McDonald's in the Daytona Ormond Beach area.Lobby / dinning area smells like a dirty mod, not a one time experience, several days a week every time I visit.Ordered 20 piece "regular" Nuggets, received 10 regular and 10 cold spicy nuggets. ?...I guess that's the reason the 10 spicy nuggets was on the bottom of the bag.Time to patronize another establishment I guess. ?

This location ice cream machine has been down more in the past six months then it has been running. A couple of managers are very rude and obnoxious. The co-workers all seem to be very friendly. Locations clean and inviting.

Horrible experience at this location. The costumer service is terrible - the lady at the window and the manager. One manager that was a black girl gave me a horrible ice cream cone and when I ask to do it again for me she barely put any ice cream on top and handed it to me with such bad attitude and left without a word. I work in costumer service myself and if you are having a bad day it’s not the costumer’s problem, and act like a 5 year old brat and ruin people’s food and experience. I needed to throw away my ice cream cone because she wasn’t even using gloves to make it and touching all over the cone that I’m suppose to eat. I really hope that person doesn’t work there anymore because they don’t belong in customer service or the restaurant industry.

I went here once and vowed to never go here again; I tried going back for a second time and should've listened to myself the first time around. It's understandable that they're short-staffed, as everyone is, but the service here is atrocious: when there isn't a single other person waiting on their food, it takes at least 10 minutes for someone to even acknowledge you're at the counter. Once you finally get your food, don't bother getting a refill for your fountain drink as they don't even have a machine you can access. If you're wanting McDonald's and don't want to waste your time, I would just go to the one in Ormond on Nova. That's what I did, and I will never go to this one again.
