The worst McDonald's in daytona area! Rude staff constantly arguing between the kitchen and the front end. Can never get an order right the first time, and if they do its cold or overcooked. The kitchen staff really need to get themselves under control. When they mess up on your order, they rudely refuse to fix the problem. I have made a corporate complaint, the owner doesnt care how this location is run and it shows. I will be taking my business to the port orange location from now on.
Food was hot and fresh. Service was rude to the point of self checkout would have been preferred. She literally handed me my bag and said NOTHING! I asked if that was everything.."Yeah" is only word spoken to me. You would think for $15 per hour they would be able to speak and be somewhat friendly!! Guess not, they still expect more..
Most of the people there are extremely unfriendly. And on top of that their prices are extremely high, more than others McDonalds around the county. Now they don't even want to give you some water without charging!
It was clean. Order was wrong though. And I almost slipped and fell on a melted piece of ice on the floor in the ordering area. It kind of scared me as I have osteopenia. Lady at the register was nice. But she definitely needs to retire. She's very old. I hope she's only working because she wants to, not have to.
No sigh or flood lights for months , looks like hunted house. Wonder why the Code enforcement from city of Daytona didn’t notice
This McDonalds is awful.First I had to wait in my vehicle lane while FOUR cars in the other lane ordered after I pulled up.Second, it was cash only - not a problem for me nut it might have been for others. When I did give $1.10 instead of $1.07 I was told she was out of pennies. Disgusting for a fast food place that was cash only.Third, I ordered a large unsweetened ice tea and the staff member read it back as small light-ice sweet tea. While I was correcting the order ahe cut me off and told me to pull forward.Fourth, I received a sweet tea.Fifth, I pulled around again, and told her I received a sweet tea, not an unsweetened tea and was told to pull up to the next window. There I was told they were out of unsweetened tea. I told the staff member to refund my money. After two minutes I was told to pull to the third window.Sixth, four minutes later a guy came with a new SWEET tea. I told him I wanted an UNSWEET tea. Another four minutes passed and I was finally given an unsweetened tea.By this time, I should have received my tea for free.Do NOT go here.
I put up with this McDonald’s because it’s the one closest to my house and my daughter likes it but after this morning I probably won’t go back for a while. I can deal with getting the wrong order from time to time(that actually happens a lot of this McDonald’s) but what I can’t deal with is attitude early in the morning for no reason at all. Go work somewhere else if McDonald’s is not where you want to be. I just drove off. I’ll go out of my way before I go back there anytime soon.
They don’t like to serve white people. Took the cars order in front of me and behind me and never took my order. I finally had to just leave. Will never return to this disgusting location.
Are the drive-thru was super slow but the food was perfect I got two Big Macs and they were wonderful for 6 bucks I hope they keep that going for a while
The worst McDonalds. Provides me with the WRONG order. Dumped my fries into my bag and then continued to refuse to give me sauces I paid for. When I called to complain they wanted me to drive back there and then when I refused they hung up on me. This is by far the worst McDonalds on the greater Daytona area. If you want good services go someplace else! They should be shut down!
