The ABSOLUTE worse! I literally waited 40 minutes at the curbside for a happy meal, a medium fry, and a large fry. The staff member had a very nasty attitude and refuse to bring my curbside order to my car. Wait! I have more… My food was soggy and cold. The worst McDonald’s experience I have ever had.
I went to the drive thru lane both side was opened and the employee was like turn around and go to lane 1 because 2 is closed and the lane for 1 was 5 cars full if they was closing lane 2 they should of put cones in lane 2 the two employees in the 2nd drive thru window was like the manager is busy just close the window. And there was another thing if you have a McDonalds uniform why is it rolled up in the back like it your out going shirt it's your uniform
When you walk in to this McDonalds at lunch time 12:30 and your told drive through only unless your a picking up an order for a delivery. How tge heck do you drive through with no car. Just wanted to eat lunch and told no by McDonald's
Lack of urgency in serving patrons. They were more worried about serving the drive thru than the inside patrons. They need more staff and better preparations when they know a major event is coming to town.staff has gotten worse especially when I get called a crazy mother f,Eric the girl handed me the wrong food. Wait till ya see their ladies rooms now...
Disgusting place, very rude they don’t follow what’s given,asked for coffee with out cream got it with cream and lot of the ground coffee beans too in it, asked for dine in , got the food as to go, and they advertise as sit back and relax, McDonald’s will be McDonald’s they can never change how much ever they try.
Waited at the drive-thru at 5:15AM, no one was there and we could see people inside the building. Waited for 20 minutes and they were blatantly ignoring us. I’ve NEVER had a good experience with this Mcdonald’s and I’ve lived here for 2 years less than 5 minutes away. Always choose the one on Hwy. 92. Much friendlier staff and generally better service. If I could give -5 stars I would.
This manager with the blue shirt running the ABSOLUTE WORST McDonalds in America here in Daytona Beach,,FL right across from the speedway . Anytime he speak to you he says “say what, say what” and then to top it off I amin the drive thru at 8:10AM waiting at the speakers to order for 29 minutes and get tired of it so I drive up to the window and say are you open and talking about “we don’t open for another hour” with a bad attitude! And a restaurant that smell like a dirty musty mop bucket that’s been left out for a week! And what McDonalds you know don’t open till 915AM??? They need to start these McDonalds all over and FIRE all these crook looking dummy’s!
I don’t know how this location hasn’t been put out of business yet! They have the worst customer service. Their employees are rude! Constantly messing up orders. I ordered a bacon egg & cheese breakfast sandwich & they put a whole stack of cheese on my sandwich. At night time they aren’t even open at 11pm anymore for some reason or if they are they have a limited menu. They need to be shut down. I gladly drive to another location to have my order fulfilled. If I could give -5 stars I would!
The lines at McDonald’s are getting longer and longer. The time it takes to go through a drive through are a bit extreme. The food has declined a bit. The accuracy of your order has declined severely. I have only gotten my order correct about half the time. McDonald’s on a hole has crashed and burned from what they were 10-15 years ago. I would like them to do some severe quality control. Big Mac D fan.
Raising my grandson brings me to drive-thru line. It has been expanded to 2 lanes making services more efficient. It was ran efficiently with 1.The food is fresh,the staff is not.
