Although a somewhat limited selection, the food was delivered fast and was delicious.
Third time eating there, one lunch and two dinners. I loved the first 2 times and for dinner last night brought friends to join us. Ordered the crab cake appetizer which was a special on previous visit and when I asked they said they could make it for me. Not the same. Plate was not garnished and was topped with 1 shrimp instead of 2. Tried my friends veal Marsala and the mushrooms overtook the flavor of the entire dish. Not good at all. On the other hand my husband had the chicken pesto pizza and it was amazing. I will go back but might stick with pizza
The food and service were great but it was uncomfortably warm (maybe because we were in a window seat) and the noise level made it difficult to have a conversation. I hope they add some noise softening elements and amp up the a/c.
A very nice intimate setting..our server was very pleasant and knowledgeable..the food was very good I would definitely recommend it for a nice evening out.
The best. Had eggplant appetizer and burrito cheese one too. Both great. Diner was margarita pizzas, so fresh; delicious. Dessert was lemoncella cake and bread pudding again both delicious. Donât forget the cappuccinos either They now how to make them too. We will go back before the week is over. Oh make a reservation restaurant is small and locals love it too
50th anniversary. Sat outside. 7/16
We were very pleased with our meals. Everything was very flavorful and also appealing to the eye!!. The waitress was very attentive and was very good about explaining everything we asked about, she was very nice. I will recommend this place.
This restaurant needs a major overall. Windowsill next to where we sat was dirty. Made reservations because they advertised tableside cheese wheel dining choice which didn't happen. They still charged the high price for dish without even making it close to our table. The chef who was atleast a table away never even acknowledged us or spoke to us. From what we observed, from a great distance away, they in no way utilized the cheese wheel affect. We have dined at a restaurant in the Tampa area that offers this type of dining and this restaurant in Daytona Beach failed in it's representation of same. The hostess station is literally a barrel that overlooked our table where she stood right next to our table and was very uncomfortably close. Someone apparently got drunk at the bar and they escorted him out while we were dining and the drunk guy stood across the street in view of the window where we dined. Waitstaff proceeded to go out several times and appeared to antagonize the guy that just escalated the situation. We paid a very high $ for literally a sh*t show!
They had vegan options that were delicious! Bruschetta without cheese, and a couple of pasta dishes. The red wines are fabulous. I have gone with the serversâ recommendation on wine the last 2 visits and have not been disappointed!
Okay, this was our first visit to Little Italyâs Ristorante in Daytona Beach, on a recommendation from a friend who knows and appreciates fine Italian dining. We were not disappointed in any way. The specials were mouth-watering swordfish & fresh whole Maine lobster dishes. Off the menu there were great classic Italian specialty dishes including Grandmotherâs ragu and fish pasta meals. The burrata caprice was great, and we were fortunate the soup of the day was a very nice tomato bisque. We will be regulars for weekend dinners. What a great find!
