One the worst rain storms didnt stop the show last night. The sup/mgr still managed to keep the drive thru open. Wind and rain didnt make a difference to her. Respect and admiration and mostly appreciation.
Ordered online for a 9:40 pickup. Arrived at 9:35 and went to door which was locked. Rang bell like sign said. No answer. Call store phone and no answer. Proceeded to drive thru just to sit and wait. It’s is now 10:15 and just received my food. Good job 40 minutes to pickup a mobile order. Never again
The only good experience here was the lady that fixed my drink. I had to run my card 3 times before they figured out the cashier wasn't signed in. It took forever to get my food. When I did get my food it was so hot in the restaurant that it was uncomfortable to sit there and eat. I ended up leaving and taking my food with me so by the time I got home with it then it was cold. This place needs to get their ac working, it's Florida and it's hot. Once they get the ac fixed they need to get some competent people to run this restaurant.
Food was hot and okay, but they are out of Chili, Tots, and the tables and floor hasn't been cleaned all day and its after 6pm. Definitely needs to be cleaned up and the menu items you dont have, need to be marked on the menu somehow. Ridiculous as a Krystals.
First thing first!!!!This restaurant needs to be remodeled there’s mold everywhere!! The staff needs to go back retrain on customer service! Food cold!! No managers helping the staff! One of the employees seating in the lobby yelling across the counter and walking around cursing (stating he don’t care about Krystal I’ll walk the F out!!! Absolutely terrible food and terrible service!!!!!
I ordered 4 Crystal's burgers w / cheese a coke and fries. I got 2 Crystal's w/cheese and a chicken sandwich, fries and coke. One burger the bun was like mush. You could of ringed it out. I turned around and took my order back. Even though they made me 4 fresh burgers the manager never apologized and acted like she was mad at me for bringing my wrong and bad order to her attention. McDonalds soon good for now on.
You had one job...Stopped by Krystal to grab a sack of burgers. I figured this would be a quick and easy process.After all, it was 1100 on a Saturday.I pulled into the drive through and waited...and waited...10 minutes goes by, no movement. I figured it was probably a customer being slow. I decided to go in. There were about five people sitting around waiting for their orders. I stepped to the counter, the cashier says, "we don't have any burgers ready, it will be another 15 mins".I wasnt planning to waste 30 mins waiting for a $5 sack of burgers...holy moly...you had one job!
Service was good & accurate that’s all u can ask for at 1am. Food was good , it’s Krystal’s I wasn’t expecting anything mind bowing. The lady in the drive thru was doing her thing also. Looked like they were short staffed so there was a line but still no complaints.
Long long wait. Inside was closed due to staff shortages. I don't care for their standard mustard on the burgers plus when I got them they were cold.Prefer White Castle when in Orlando.
The last few times I’ve come to this location for breakfast they’ve stopped serving it early! Same happened today! I was there at least 12-15 mins before 11 and It’s like they are always in a rush to get to lunch! In my experience lots of people prefer the breakfast here so why not serve till 11am like the menu says? It’s misleading, lazy and inconsiderate to stop serving before 11am.
