I went to order pizza for me and my family and the place was disgusting first off I couldn't even tell it was a pizza place the windows were so dirty and foggy which it shouldn't have been being 2 doors were open. There's no bathroom at all the floors were so nasty and the tables were sticky. My husband even offered to clean the place for free for 2 days and Mike who works there pretty much sent him to he'll and was more worried about 14 for the pizza then help cleaning up his business. Won't be visiting again and it's sad the food wasn't that bad but place is very dirty and clearly don't care. Anything we cleaned would of been better then how it looks now.
Ate here today and it was unbelievable! Can definitely tell they have new owners! The quality of the pizza was great! We had the Buffalo chicken pizza and the chicken bacon ranch. I was surprised by the amount of QUALITY toppings it had on it!! Super fresh, flavorful, and the dough was cooked perfectly!! Definitely recommend and we will be back!
Service was fast and friendly and pizza was delicious! Right near downtown shops and Walgreens. Lots of places to stay and eat.
Everytime we're in town this is our pizza spot. The staff is always friendly, always a plus.
My first mistake was getting chicken wings and fries from a place which sells pizza, but I was hungry after a late meeting and said let me give them a shot. The jumbo wings are the size of chicken nuggets and the fries, the 10 fries I received, tasted like the oil. I will not go here again. The second star was because it was hot. Everything tastes like old cooking oil. Do better.
I ordered an extra large cheese pizza(with extra cheese on one side) and with mozzarella sticks. I ordered this at 1AM and rode it home on my bike and Oh. My. God. Their cheese pizzas are phenomenal! My dad is a home chef that used to work at a restaurant. He said that it’s one of the best pizzas he has ever had. He said he’ll trade that pizza for a steak dinner. If you want to know what my pizza looked like, look at the already included picture of the cheese pizza. It looked exactly like that. The dough? Perfect! The sauce? Perfect! The cheese? Absolutely amazing! The cheese doesn’t rip off when it’s stretched. It rips EXACTLY how you expect it to! If it’s 1am, or any time of the day, and you need some last minute food, ORDER HERE! You will thank yourself for doing so!
Visited Daytona Beach for work and stumbled upon King's while walking around. They sell pizza by the slice so that was our 1st experience and WOW! Mike tosses and loads the toppings on and the cheese is unbeatable!!!! Ended up getting a few whole pies during our few week stay and also tried the King's House Calzone. Absolutely DELICIOUS. The sauce is so flavorful, truly homemade. The crust is perfect with soft inside and crisp outside. The cheese they use is high end providing long pulls with every hot bite! Fresh toppings, quality flavor. Plus, the service!!!! Mike works such long hours and truly cares about his craft of making the best pizza I've ever had. I will ALWAYS be back when in the area and will drive out of the way just to come get some of Mike's (the KING of pizza himself). Yummmmmm ????
The best damn pizza in Daytona!! ?? No, really and pretty sure it's the best I've had ever. This is my third visit to Kings in just over a month and the consistency is as every food biz should be. When you get that craving and you give in, you're going to get exactly the flavor you were after... Every time!Mike, the now new owner takes great pride in his craft of making pizza, calzones and so much more. What's more is he's in the business of creating customers for life. When you go in there he'll make you feel like you're family while hand tossing your pie crust, spreading the most, authentic sauce evenly and loading up your pizza and calzone with toppings and their specialty Italian cheese blend. This place is everything a classic pizza joint ought to be!I'm thankful for Mike and his wonderful hospitality and the fact that this place exists. I came for the pizza and left with a new friend.
