Terrible service. They gave me the wrong order at the drive thru. I discovered it after getting back to work. Drove all the way back to the store, expecting a new sandwich. Instead they try to give me the old soggy mess that’s been sitting in their fridge for 45 minutes. Then their “feedback” site appears to be just a thinly disguised method for collecting your personal data. They seem more concerned with pushing their rewards system (another ploy to get your personal info) than with making their so-called freaky fast sandwiches. I’ll just stick with Firehouse and Jersey Mike’s from now on.
I made a mistake with a mobile order, and the manager on duty (a woman whose name I didn’t get) sorted my mistake out with total professionalism. I have only had good experiences at this location (and used to work right next door to it).
I absolutely love this place! Obsessed with the chicken Ceasars wrap. I hope they can get it put on the menu permanently! I called one day to see if it had came back yet, literally the manager answered and gave me a 5 dollar coupon off a sub! Just for telling him how much I loved the place!
I had the best experience at this restaurant talk about CLEAN! I could have ate off the floor and the restrooms were amazing no trash Nothing well kept up! But the staff omg beautiful and so nice when I walker in, everyone was well groomed both, ladies and gentlemen their hair was done and wearing their hats and gloves no stains on their uniforms unlike when I drove up to the window at dairy queen the associate looked like she fell out of bed and was late and just grabbed any dirty uniform shirt to put on!!! So not cool I almost puked didn't even do her hair! But this Jimmy johns I can eat at every day my sub was amazing the bread was so fresh I had to pull over and eat. Kudos, Jimmy johns you have a wonderful and very professional staff!!!! If I could give them more stars I would, matter of fact.....?????????????????From Tara G. (Your wawa girl)

I haven't eaten Jimmy John's in a while and forgot that every sandwich comes with mayonnaise (which I can't stand!). The staff was really nice and remade my sandwich even though it was my fault. No questions asked. Good job to this JJ.
Legit closes at 8 I got there 10 min before and there closing? Like Comon man y'all that lazy? All the other jimmy johns are run great! This one is always problematic

Staff is amazing; Trinity and Missy helped us in a time of need outside of the store. Missy is my 4 year olds favorite person at the moment due to her massive heart and great customer service. Did not catch the rest of the staffs names but they are just as warm and helping as Missy. Got yourself a good team here.
