The girl at the counter was rude to my husband, he went to pick up our online order and was told they aren’t doing door dash right now. He said I’m not with DoorDash. Then he was told to sit down, we also never got our drink cups for the two drinks I ordered and paid for. Your food is great but your counter person is terrible !
Great chicken tenders! I went here because I heard they had good chicken, and they didn't disappoint. The chicken is perfectly breaded and seasoned. It's very fresh! Orders take a little bit, but they are made fresh. They have very good fresh lemonade, and some flavored teas. They offer dine in, and to go so whatever is convenient for you. Prices were very good, from $7-$10 a person. They have kids meals available as well. I highly recommend ?
First time here. Food was okay. Fries were a tad undercooked while the chicken seemed to either be a little overcooked or cooked in old oil. Didn't get the side of buffalo sauce or extra fries we paid for and when asked the staff was completely silent and seemed irritated. Maybe we came right after an employee meeting gone bad, but no one that worked their said a word to any of the customers outside of taking the order. I know good customer service is hard to come by anymore but at least McDonald's is just rude and doesn't pretend like a customer isn't standing behind them waiting to throw trash away...1-10 will not be coming back. Giving 2 stars simply because if it was just the issues with the food I may have returned someday. ?♀️ find better employees.

First time in for a quick afternoon bite. Won’t be back! Food was nothing really special to be honest. My wrap was barely wrapped not hot and very little fries with Way to much seasoning ? Wasn’t to busy that a staff member couldn’t sweep up the floor or wipe down the tables. The ladies bathroom was just as disappointing Maybe I should have gone in when they first opened two years ago. ?
Been meaning to try this place for a while. Reviews seemed fairly good. I too tried to order ahead but unless you pay over the phone they won't take it. Hello!! I'm driving using hands free. Not safe to reach in my pocket n try to read a card. As the other reviewer said, I was told it was slow. Well, not when I got there 10 mins later. Would have left one star but the young lady at the counter was very nice n friendly. Fries were cooked as I like them, not over cooked. I inquired if the coleslaw had celery seeds in it. Can't stand celery seeds in coleslaw. She ask the kitchen staff but they didn't know. WTH!! You don't know what you're putting in stuff. It was dry n basically tasteless except for the odd hint of garlic. Never heard of garlic in coleslaw but it didn't have celery seeds. Ha!! The tenders, if you can call them that, were dry n chewy. Really chewy, so much so my jaw got tired before I could finish the meal. The Huey sauce was nothing more than orangeish mayo. Terrible!! The sweet heat sauce was okay. All in all, I don't believe I'll be back. There are way to many other sub-par fast food places around here to choose from.
Not appealing at all, chicken tenders looked too dark, not golden brown, fries were soggy and limp. Did not even eat it, it just looked so unappealing.
40 minute wait time for a salad. I literally watch other customers come in give their order at the counter 5 to ten minutes later receiving their food. I waited patiently replied to work emails etc until it was a lady who came in 10 minutes after me and was waiting as well. The cashier acknowledged her offered her a free drink. Good job, but after waiting 30 minutes I got up and explain to the cashier respectfully I placed my oder before the young lady and never left the restaurant. She got an attitude, no good customer service. I set back down and watch another 10 or 15 customers receive their orders before I got mines. I waited 40 minutes. I literally watch an associate take a 30 minute lunch break and came back from lunch before I left.. I get and understand your busy but customer service does not change.
The quality and portion size of the meal was amazing. Very filling and the employees are wonderful and friendly. The manger when we were there was fantastic.
Huey’s is always a tasty stop for us when we are in the mid Florida area. The staff here was on point, food made quick and fresh. Negative is this location could really use some added care in the cleanliness department.
