Ordered the Creme Brulee latte and the White Chocolate Caramel latte, as well as the carrot "cake", marble poundcake, strawberry cake, and quite a few other items. Received exceptionally poor quality "cakes" with quality below that of 711 pound cakes for twice the price. As far as the "lattes", I could not tell the difference between my drink and my wife's drink. Again, even 711 can deliver better quality. Admittedly, this is the risk of ordering food through a delivery service, but that doesn't explain the sub-par quality of all of the items. Will never be unfortunate enough to order from Gloria Jean's again.

It's an alright cup of coffee for the price.I ordered a latte and I got a latte.I don't like super sweet coffees like in Starbucks so this was the e place for me.Overall, I could have made a better cup of coffee at home with my expresso machine. But for on the go it wasn't bad.
The worker to their was really nice and the coffee was good too.

Was told by the short man working that i couldn't have water I needed for the medicine I needed to take unless I bought a bottle. I even offered to pay for the cup. So rude
