Excellent subs,only tried the meatball dub but my friends had tried the Italian sub and said it was fantastic. The employees are extremely polite and courteous.
Typical for brand. Visited off peak hours (4:00 pm) and was served efficiently and courteously.
The staff was friendly. The meatball sub was pretty good. Management should probably put a little more TLC into the place. Bathrooms closed, a broken front door, and a general run down appearance.
I just visited the Firehouse on 2525 W International Speedway near Ormond. To say I was not satisfied would be an understatement. I ordered a simple Turkey sub with cheese and mayo. Also, a side of Mac and Cheese for $4.19I asked for cheese THREE times. Needless to say, I got home and NO cheese. In fact, barely any Turkey. Then I went to enjoy my Mac and cheese only to discover the container was HALF full!Horrible dining experience to say the least.
Consistently good quality and the food tastes good too. They’ve also never messed up an order of mine, even special requests. Highly recommend!
Despite severe understaffing of only 2 employees. They where friendly. Informed us of the wait. When they took order the food that was received was hot and tasted fresh. Firehouse corp may want to look into better management for this location, not a manager in site during lunch rush.
Overall delicious submarine sandwiches -- great ingredients as always; good customer service. I definitely should have looked in the bag, but they forgot to put in the pickle even though they asked if it was good to put in the pickle separately, and I said "yes." Ordered the italian sub, and it was ready within eight minutes.
Had to find somewhere else to eat again down in Daytona Beach due to obnoxious wait times so I went and got sandwiches. Showed up just before closing but the staff didn't mind. My order was perfect, staff was awesome, and the sandwiches were still hot when I got back to my hotel room to feed my family
Really like Thier subs. Lately this has become a more infrequent event with me because of pricing. The Mini though still gives you the super taste, on a smaller more affordable scale
The hot subs were less than warm. We ordered it in the store and waited so not sure, why it was not warm enough and the buns were soggy.
