For the record I'm not one to go into reviews and file a complaints on a restaurant/business but this situation was poorly handled by management. How are you going to have a customer waiting 40 mins for their order (1 order) during their lunch and all you can say is " I'm sorry". I did get my money back but common you took most of my lunch hour and is not like i can go anywhere else to get lunch. Anyway poorly handled and I will not be returning back, and if you think I'm exaggerating about the time look at your cameras between 12:05 - and 12:45pm on 7/26/2022.
$14 for a small sub. Horrible counter service. Asked questions and got one word answers. They did refund me. Otherwise no stars. Philly cheesesteak was the worst ive ever tasted.
As a Philadelphian born & raised..this spot has authentic Philly cheesteaks that are ?(delicious)A lot of others in Florida can't claim it! Tip: crinkle fries are better ? Leave the shoestrings with Mickey
After two bites of my Philly the bread completely fell apart. Had no fork so I just gave up on it. Not a lot of flavor. Not to mention $13 is asking a lot!! Jersey mikes Philly is way better!!
They only had one waitress doing everything but cooking. That's not fair to her nor is it fair on the customers. My husband was looking forward to a Philly cheese steak. The first one was so spicy with ground jalapenos he had to give it back.They gave him another sandwich and it was worse than the first one. Had very little meat on it. We will not be going back. You only get one shot with us. Sorry.
I am only giving this review 4 stars because of the prices. The Philly Cheesesteak was delicious with lots of meat and cheese wiz. It was truly a real Philly cheesesteak. The owners were great, but I cannot wrap my head around the price. If you want a real Philly cheesesteak and don't mind spending a bit more, this is the place to go in FL
I would literally prefer to eat cardboard tover this. Absolutely flavorless chicken Philly, like zero percent effort went in. And for $13?! Seasoning is good. Seasoning is our friendly used to be soooo good back in the day! Although the employees are amazing, the food definitely isn’t, unfortunately. ??♀️
Alex and Jay rock this place. Jay's people skills behind the counter are the best of anyone I've seen there. Trying to make the customers happy and he does. Alex made the best Philly cheese steak and bacon and cheese fries I've had so far. I hadn't been there in a while and these two made me happy I came. Good job young men. Your boss should be proud of y'all. Thank u both again. Blessings to you both.
Great tasting cheese steak. Roll was good, meat was flavorful and cheese was melted throughout. My only complaint was large fries aren't that large and were just okay. I think if they swapped out straight fries for some crinkled fries it be a lot better. Cheese wiz was also very good.
It’s not that the food is bad, it’s just eh ?♀️ and overpriced for what you get. Cheesesteak was lacking on both meat and cheese. The large Crab Fries was the size of a side, and who pre-cheeses Crab Fries?!? 100% should be in a dip cup on the side…So disappointing compared to how it used to be…We used to be regulars at the Ridgewood location. Tried them in NSB and it was a joke - service was trash and the food was not the same. Never went back. Was hopeful that the new location would be better but apparently not. I want them to be good so bad because I miss it, but unfortunately won’t be back…yet again ?
