Ordered an iced coffee with cream, sweet n low, and Carmel. There's even a sticker on the side with my order. Whoever is making the coffee only put cream in it.This location is the worst in Daytona. If I want constant mistakes, I can pay a lot less at McDonald's.
Not sure why this location is 24 hours. There is always an issue with placing an order after 10pm. Tonight went around 10:30 and was told that the system was updating so no orders could be taken. I expressed that the system appears to always be down and the cashier replied that it is down every day around this same time. I’ve gone before this time and after and there is always an issue. One time, I had to get out of the drive through, park in the parking lot to download the app and place a pickup order. Donuts are limited at night time. Just not a reliable location.
I don't mind that they are slow and sometimes unfriendly. I get the times that we live in.But what I don't understand is ordering a 10 pack of Munchkins and only getting 9!! I know, it's just one Munchkin but it's happened 3 times in a row and I'm starting to wonder why.Why does it have to be this way??Is the employee sneaking a Munchkin for themselves?Counting issues?Is there a Munchkin shortage and they have to be rationed?I'm perplexed.
The coffee wasn't right, wasn't stirred, and barely warm. The sweet tea was unsweetened and the had no chicken for the sandwiches. It was not good at all. Usually it's pretty good
Been here numerous times and they repeatedly get my DD Iced Coffee correct. The Munchkins are fresh. Not more I could expect. I recommend this Dunkin Donuts shop.
been to this location multiple times, have a friend thats an employee, they have a problem with cockroaches being there, none of their food is used the proper way, they use the same bags for their coffee for 2/3 days, workers are very rude, management does nothing but sit in the back all day long or help take orders but then yells out for someone to grab them donuts (happened way too many times everytime im in there) idk where the dread head manager lady went but it seemed better with her there, everytime i come in they have the same 5 people working, they were cursing all on the floor yesterday in front of us customers and management stood right there and did nothing and when an employee said something to her she just ignored it… too many workers touching their face and hair and not washing their hands, coffee and sweet tea are never consistent, the other morning i had come through and my cup looked like i had ordered a chocolate flavoring when i added cake batter to it the coffee was muddy and tasted disgusting.
Nice location, friendly staff, never makes drinks to order.Using the app to order the three times I've been to this location and my drink as undermade. I order an iced coffee with 4 shots of French vanilla, 8 caramel swirl and 4 cane sugar. I get 2 French vanilla and 2 caramel. In spite of it saying the correct amount on my receipt.I won't be back to this location.
Placed a mobile order 10 mins in advance today and I'm still sitting at the 2nd window waiting for the rest of my order? And the girl asked me what I ordered... Y'all it ain't hard to put the bag of food next to the drinks when the order is complete. As a previous dunkin manager from NY at a location that gets hit harder with customers, this location is laughable. I had one good experience here last week which is why it's 2 stars rather than 1. I've been sitting at the 2nd window for almost 10 minutes. It's ridiculous! Do better! Placed it at 4:52, just got it at 5:18. What? You good? Chocolate crossaint isn't even hot/warm? The wrap was supposed to have white cheddar but it has American? One of you not know the difference between yellow and white cheese? Come on!
Best dunkin donuts team. Nice and polite. The coffee was close to the taste i used to enjoy back home in India.
Absolute life saver! They are open 24 hours a day!!! YAY! My husband are not big drinkers and much rather have a nice cup of coffee at 11pm during Bike week. Back home all the the Dunkins close at 7pm. AAAA+++++
