Normally I love going here since it’s an easy place for lunch or coffee when I’m on break (I work at tanger) but the new staff needs to be trained better on making the food. My drink was amazing but I ordered a grilled cheese with bacon and the sandwich is frozen in the middle, the cheese is cold and not melted at all. I will go back because I’m hoping next time will be better, those ladies have never let me down before. I don’t have time to leave my store to go back and have this corrected but I definitely can’t eat a frozen sandwich.
Coffee was great as usual but I’ve never been such a dirty DD before. Every table had trash on/around it. The floor was covered in filth. Tables were sticky with spilled drinks and frosting from donuts. Looked like they had never cleaned the place. It was late afternoon so we were the only ones there. Not too busy to walk around the counter and clean up a little.
Apparently the manager's mother never made them clean their room. This store had used napkins, straw wrappers, and other litter on the floor. Good coffee and the service was fine.
Maliah was so nice and took care of us and handled all of the traffic so well, it was much appreciated! Great staff and the girl with the green nails that we didn't get her name was nice too. Didn't know DD was so busy but those two girls were awesome
Very disappointed every time I go to this location someone is always over toasting the bagel and just slapping the cream cheese on as you can see it’s not even spread nicely or smoothly on there will not be coming back to this location I don’t even know why they open this location everyone here is ghetto and rude

My first review of anything ever. Literally the worst Dunkin’ Donuts in the country. The staff is completely incompetent.
Went in on Saturday, 23rd April 2022. Decided to have the sour dough breakfast sandwich which was room temperature, and very cold in the middle.When I went to the counter and explained to the server, she just raised her eyebrow’s and looked at me like I’d insulted her. After waiting a few seconds for a reply I realized I wasn’t going to get one. So stated I didn’t need another one and was done with the cold sandwich. I walked back to my table and sat down and heard laughter behind the counter at what I’m assuming was my concern over my cold breakfast sandwich.Totally will not go to Dunkin again, you really need to stick to coffee and not microwaved sandwiches.You do coffee excellently, service could be better, but not sandwiches..!
