As much as I love DD, the manager at this location doesn't use the proper health safety protocol with the food. I was waiting to get my drink in the drive thru as he was taking orders and was also doing the food.. he didn't even bother to wash his hands and put gloves on, instead he just went from taking orders to touching the food with his bare hands and then coaghed around the food. This is so disgusting! A manager should be leading by example and this is completely opposite. I will not be getting any food from this location!
Came through drive thru, paid and was asked to park in the front. Waited 10 minutes in parking lot and went inside and told them I think they forgot about me. Apparently they handed my order out to someone else in drive thru, and gave me no napkins in my bag. Will not return.
Discussing food. Donuts where dry and the smashed sandwich I got had a frozen piece of chicken in side. Can’t believe this is what I was served. I will never go back and anyone thinking about going here for breakfast should think twice. Hope I don’t get sick from the frozen chicken on our family vacation! Unbelievable!
Love the happy hour 1/2 off drinks. Always fast, usually made just right. Stay away from the one on Ridgewood by the sunshine mall, their frozen iced coffee machine is suspiciously always broken or being cleaned after 5pm. ?
Got 2 large coffee’s asked for less ice in 1 and got extra in both smh. Bland taste cause they only put 1 flavor pump and 4 of cream and liquid sugar.
I haven't been to Dunkin Donuts for four and a half weeks because of my car but I can't believe these poor people in here there was two people to the whole store working you had to wait in line for outside was over almost starting their inside it was at least 35 minutes and then to boot all that waiting for your coffee was not ordered I love dunkin's but I will still keep going because I am a dunkin's loyal person
All the staff here is awesome they all do whatever they can to get your order completed they are very short-staffed due to the covet but they do the best I can never had a complaint actually enjoy seeing them highly recommend this location
I’ve been to this location maybe nine times over a year, let’s start off by saying Duncan isn’t perfect. But for some reason this location has a different coffee every time I order my drink. I get a medium iced coffee with three cream three liquid sugar. It’s either extremely strong coffee or extremely water down. I get the same drink every time and it’s always different. Unfortunately I’ve never driven away and been happy with the coffee I ordered. My regular Dunkin does a pretty good job but for some reason the store just keeps things different
Me and my mom stopped by we got 3 iced lattes during happy hour and the rang us up for 4 drinks they didn’t take the happy hour price off of the 4th drink nor did we receive the drink. I get home and try to call to get it fixed and they don’t answer the first time and any time I call after that it’s going straight to voice mail. This new staff they hired is literally the worst with such terrible attitude!
Do NOT go here!!! I have been going to this location for over a year and yesterday will be my last visit. The prices have increased over double, value menu has been cut, and the service at this location has been getting slower and slower. They have been understaffed since Covid. I would be okay with a price increase if the service was anything like it was a year ago, but it has not improved. The employees are always new and making mistakes. This is a total failure of a location and the owner should be ashamed.
