Went to this store on my way to work at the hospital nightshift. To get a latte they made my order incorrect and when I pointed it out, the cashier got mad and ask someone else to fix it, after taking my drink and going to work I had diarrhea for hours. Worst experience ever had from a dunkin donut still not sure whether they put something in my drink or not. Was told by the manger they will look at camera never heard, what was the outcome. This how you treat healthcare workers shame on you. The health department should investigate you guys before someone get gravely ill from consuming your beverage.
The girl with pink shirt on and Jackie are completely unprofessional. Lack customer service ethics and should not be working in a customer service work space.
Terrible Customer Service.I went to Dunkin Donuts on International Drive at 5 PM on Tuesday, 3 May 2022. I wanted two donuts to go. There were three employees working behind the counter; working being a relative term. I stood at the register for about two minutes when the employee told me that I would need to go to the drive through.Read that again...I was refused service at Dunkin Donuts because I came into the building...I was told that I would need to drive around an entire strip mall to wait in line for 15 minutes to get two donuts. I personally believe it was because the employees did not want to do any extra work.Day old Dunkin Donuts are not worth that investment in time.
I went through the drive thru early this morning and the gentleman taking orders made my day. He was so pleasant and cheerful that it sincerely set my mood to have a good day. He is definitely an asset to the company
Asked for a frozen coffee they could not make it because they didn’t have ice? Why this is a coffee shop? Tired of business not having supplies it’s just wrong MGT should have picked some up prior to leaving so store could operate properly
At our weekly gathering site where several of us have been getting together since February 2022, someone frequently brings snacks and places them on a table designated for such. On 4/07/2022 I purchased a box of a dozen donuts from the DD located at West International Speedway Blvd in Daytona Beach, brought them to our gathering site and placed them on the table. Someone else also brought a box of a dozen donuts from Krispy Kreme and placed them on the table. After a hour, more or less, the donuts in the DD box had many, many ants running over them. The KK box had none. I don't know where the ants came from but this has never happened before.
It was not crowed and I just paid for an everything bagel toasted with creamcheese.i got only a toasted bagel. I was being picked up by someone so I couldn't go back when I realized no cream cheese. They don't know how to read or they are lazy. Not happy.
Just sat in line for 20mins, its now 738pm and the lady worker just said she’s done working today & going to close and not taking any more orders… Then put on a recording saying “were closed now”…Well alrighty, guess being open till 9pm is optional for workers at this location.
Used to be good but becoming more difficult to keep coming here. Regularly miss part of my mobile order (the food part). Waited 20 mins today for 1 coffee.
This Dunkin’ was sub-par the tea was not drinkable tastes old and fermented gross ? I also ordered 2 1/2 dozen boxes of doughnuts… they tried to hand me a box of 12… I said No if I had wanted a box of 12 I would have ordered 12. I needed 2 boxes of 6 like I ordered. I waited.
