I’ve been here for a month and got nothing but great service and hospitality from GLADYS she was very attentive and always came to work with good energy!
We're a group, first ones to be seated, ordered 2 apps, 1 sandwich. 4 other tables who came all got their food b4 we got the one drink that was ordered.. as we still waited another 10 min. We saw people who came in 10-15 min after us place orders and receive full entrees. Bartender made a fabulous drink only thing the one star, guess if you're not a hotel guest or fit some standard you're put on the back burner. not the fact over half us just graduated to become doctors, not what I hoped for an experience on our special day, really disappointing
food and drink where great shoutout to chef and bartender, service was horrific, saw people who came 10 min in and order get there food before we even got the old fashioned that was ordered. saw a manager check on every table, Manger looked made eye contact and kept walking. shout out to Daniele for checking up on is, she came checked on us even though she just came on shift and wasn't her table.
Although the staff is very friendly, and you’re welcomed with a smile, it seems that they are very inexperienced. The quality of the food is average at best. The whaler sandwich is heavily fried, and was too salty. The selection on the menu was not varied. When we got up our table, there were potato chips on the couch and cleaning job was rapid and careless.
Seated at bar, waited 10 minutes, three behind bar, but NO service. Not busy. Went to lobby bar. Waited on immediately. So experience was poor.
Great service. Poor food quality. I would compare the food to theme park taste. Looks good but tastes dull. Manager is very helpful.

I had the chicken salad on a pita. It was very, very good. House-made chips were delicious. Servers were very friendly.
If quality and taste don’t matter and you have an unlimited budget, this is a convenient place to spend $200 for a couple light beers, cheeseburgers, and fries.
