This was my first visit to a Culver's as I have only heard good things. I must say that many of the bad reviews indicate that the staff is rude or the service is poor. I did not experience this. The staff was great and the restaurant was well staffed on a busy day. I found the burger and fries to be great. My aunt got the breaded cod fish and it too was an excellent dinner. If I only rated my experience on these items this location would have received 5 stars. However, I was extremely disappointed in the frozen custard. My expectations were very high only to be let down with a vanillacustard that tasted like artificial vanilla that left a bad taste in my mouth. I will never get the frozen custard again. I do not understand how their custard can receive such high ratings tasting so artificial.

Culver’s was great when they first opened but boy have they since gone downhill. They must be hiring anyone they can instead of hiring people who have a positive attitude. The last two times we visited, we were giving a meal other than what we ordered. The people taking the orders at the drive through don’t have a good attitude and act like they don’t want to be there. With so many new restaurants opening nearby, we will be going elsewhere.

Culver's this restaurant is better than all the other fast food restaurants. The food always comes out hot and good the people are nice the service is good and you're not sitting and waiting for your food for very long. Parking lot is clean and big enough for this fast food restaurant. Restaurants very clean on the inside bathrooms are clean. I think it's a little bit high price for the food but I do enjoy the food. So I still recommend this restaurant for fast food.

The food was great, had shrimp basket with onion rings. Portions were great, too much to finish for me Their custard strawberry shake was very good. The place was clean, staff was friendly and courteous. It didn't take very long to place our order. The parking lot was very full, but there wasn't that many people inside, so maybe overflow from Sam's club? Will def go back.

Once again, Culver's doesn't disappoint... Totally delicious... One of the few places that serves North Atlantic Cod in their Fish & Chips.. better taste and texture than many 5 Star restos serve... YOU HAVE TO TRY THIS PLACE... And if fish is not your pleasure... They also have To-Die-For Butter Burgers... ? Ok... So we love to eat... LOL

The best milkshakes that I've had until now. I have not eat there yet, but looking forward to do it menu looks great. I won't give them 5 stars because I ordered milkshakes through the window and the girl just bring me my milkshakes without the straws..Hello!!! What she wants me to do wait until home to get a straw from my kitchen drawer? I asked for them she give me this bad attitude look...and I was like I'm sorry but I'm paying for the straw too. She went back and bring me the straws. Sorry for her if she's not enjoying her job at all. The milkshake? Was great and delicious!

Excellent restaurant with delicious Butterburgers and custard. The custard is made by hand each day in small batches.

I have been seeing the Culver’s commercials on tv since December and thought I would give it a try.I went through the drive through at 12:30. They had two cashier sitting under a tent by the menu board to take orders. Since they did not get up or address me I did not know they were the order takers. I order two of the spicy chicken sandwich combos with sweet tea. The cashier took my order and my debit card payments. A sign was on the drive through window saying, pull forward. Two cars were parked at the end.The order came out within several minutes. The women delivering the order was red in the face and sweaty. I do no remember if she spoke to me or thanked me.The sweet tea was good but the cup was full of ice and the straw did not want to push through the ice to the bottom of the cup. I grabbed a few fries from the bag, they were crinkle cut and hot. They were not salted or very lightly salted. I looked in the bag for some salt, no salt. There was ketchup, but I do not usually use ketchup.I finished the fries and open the spicy chicken sandwich. The chicken patty was thin and dry. The bun was nice but was crumbling, thank goodness for the bag inside the box. The sandwich had shredded lettuce and tomatoes but no mayonnaise. The sandwich and the chicken were dry and no mayonnaise was in the bag, neither the order taker or the delivery person mentioned the sandwich was dry and did not come with condiments. Before I finished the dry sandwich my tea was finished. I still had half a cup of ice but no tea.I will probably try them again but may dine in so I can actually see the menu and ask questions. My first experience was not that great and when talking to the cashier at 7-11 she said she had a similar experience.

Frauds on day shift. Prices don't match up to their menu. I get the same thing everytime. They charged me $5.00 more for each basket that only costs $6.19 without tax.... They won't give you the receipt when they are doing their ripoffs. Not happy and I hope you all get caught. Oh that's right you just did. Seems like a normal thing in these parts of town. I guess because most don't look at the price. Sad part it's the managers that's doing it but blames their worker. Now that's a Shame.

I stopped in for a burger for my son and chicken tenders for my daughter. I just got fries. But after the meal, we ordered some frozen custard. I was disappointed to see that my daughter tried to order a cone with sprinkles and they wouldn’t do that. I don’t know how hard it is to pour sprinkles over a cone but we had to go with a cup. Well see the pic below that we had to pay $2.89 + 40¢ for the sprinkles. So little custard in the bowl! Totally not worth it! I should have just asked for a side of sprinkles and let her get her cone. The first guy who took our order was really nice and the second guy kinda lacked in the personality department as for customer service. But the burger was good and the fries were hot and fresh. She said the tenders were good. I’d come back but definitely wouldn’t be paying over $3 for a tiny bit of custard again. And the pic actually makes it look a lot better than it was as in size.
