Great service, food, and atmosphere. We sat outside under an umbrella and ate with ocean views. Get there earlier during peak vacation time or you will be waiting. We went at 5PM and got seated immediately.
This was our second trip to Crabby's and a complete disappointment. We had the crab and spinach dip which was spinach and cheese and a few flecks of crab. We then tried the Hog Fish Imperial that again was supposed to be covered in crab, which it was not. We couldn't even find an actual piece of crab and was all sauce. Not to mention the cold mashed potatoes. We also opted for a small side salad at $3 a plate again it had all greens and two tomatoes...SAD. Of course the service was also not good either on this visit. Took 10 minutes to even see a server and she never even asked how our meal was. So, no chance to explain our disappointment. Definitely not like our prior visit??
Visited on a Thursday evening. Wait was only 5 minutes. If you like beach side restaurants with indoor and outdoor tables it's prefect. Food was great. From the Grouper to the crab cakes even had the crab dip. The service was the best you could ask for. Definitely will come back.
Very good food we go there everytime we are in Daytona Beach Florida. Mushrooms are pricey but good !
We have visited twice so far during our visit to the Daytona Beach area and hope to go again before we leave. My favorite so far has been the blackened mahi-mahi and the coconut rice. The hush puppies are pretty good too. Others in our group enjoyed the shrimp, salmon, pasta and salads. Everyone loved meals. The service was amazing both times we were there with the servers being well versed with the menu and very nice and accommodating. We were fortunate to be able to sit outside on the patio and enjoy he evening.
The food and service was good. Our waitress Shelia was amazing and very helpful. Can't wait to go back!
Only good thing was the atmosphere. Not a good portion size of food for the price. Our bill was over $100 for a dinner for 2 and we still left hungry. Oysters were the worst I’ve ever had.
Decided to try this place for lunch. Sat at the bar so I could enjoy the wonderful view. Ordered the Mahi blackened tacos with coconut rice. Came with a delicious mango salsa. I love mango! Everything very good. My server Summer was friendly and attentive. Can't wait to go back!
This place is amazing. Austin was a great waiter. He had great suggestions as well as made sure everything was done to our liking. Austin made our dining experience even better. I would highly recommend the food and staff here. Best place we’ve eaten at yet in our adventures of Daytona. We had oysters then the grouper and mahi-mahi. So much flavor in everything.
Went here for the Hogfish, but they didn't have any. Ordered a shrimp dish that would have been good at a few $$ less, but not at this price. Felt very rushed to turn over the table (we were not slow to eat or request our bill). Waitress kept trying to hurry us every step of the way. I know she makes her living on tips but please...... We ordered higher price items and 2 cocktails each so it wasn't going to be a minimum bill! May go back for the hogfish, but will call ahead. If it's not available, there are other, better, choices out there.
