I showed up and ordered a chicken bowl in a steak salad. The most important item my girlfriend wanted on her chicken bowl was fajita veggies. They had no fajita veggies. Didn’t tell me till I was done getting a salad bowl. My girlfriend wouldn’t even want it without the veggies in it. Then I ordered a steak salad when I get to the end to pay for it I asked for vinaigrette they don’t have any vinaigrette. Would not have ordered a steak salad without the vinaigrette. So I just wasted $19 on two meals for lunch that neither I want or my girlfriend wants. Would like my money back. They should’ve said from the beginning a sign in front of the station saying out of veggies, and vinaigrette. I would’ve ordered a burrito instead of a salad. I should’ve just walked out and not pay for the food.
The staff are Severely over worked and customer abused. Picky rude and deliberately mean people walk through the line everyday. I sat and watched for 30 min people of all complexions just verbally beat up on the young people behind the line. No pre work pep talk can prepare for the variety of mean people that walk through the door. Food is amazing especially post workout nutrition. Pay staff more or post a NO RUDE POLICY AND START ASKING PEOPLE TO LEAVE.
The workers had an attitude. Last time we were here they had no food and said most of the staff walked out. You can tell they don't care. Just go to a different one. They forget stuff here and then give an attitude when you go back in to ask.
Slowest Chipotle I've ever been to. Also every indoor dining table was dirty and all the napkin dispensers were empty. Lines were long and grew longer. This was a little after 8pm on a Monday night.
Always stop I'm when passing by Daytona. Great food and service. It's always busy which is a good sign!Got a giant steak Burrito! Staff is very helpful.
Our orders were taken quickly and received timely. My friend opted to get 2 tacos instead of three but, was charged full price. Can't understand why they just didn't tell her that it was full price regardless of how many. Definitely keep it in mind when you order.
My teenage son threw his food away! It was an hour before closing after a race in Daytona, and the food was disgusting. I personally tasted it, and he was not exaggerating. The chips were 100% days old. You had to order online to get some ingredients like guacamole even though the restaurant was empty. This does NOT reflect on the rest of the Chipotles. We order a minimum once a month and are never disappointed. Well, except the one time by our home in Ocean City, Maryland, they unfortunately salted the chips twice and once they were told, we got new fresh chips.
Dirty inside. The serving counter had spilled food everywhere, payment counter was the same. The floors hadn't been swept and tables were poorly wiped down. First I thought ok.. lunch rush. Then I watched and the employees had plenty of time to clean up and it didn't happen. Not going back. ISB in Daytona.
I ordered a chicken burrito bowl with guac and chips thru Door Dash. Got charged over $20 including fees. Just to receive a bowl with small amount of chicken. NOTHING ELSE. Thanks Chipotle!
whoever is working on the register tonight is an absolute B****!!!! they ran out of chips and when i asked how to get a refund (ordered thru the app) she said “how am i supposed to know?” with an attitude then yelled for someone else, completely dismissing me.edit 2/10/22: once again y’all are out of chips? i order through the app so whenever this happens (every time i order pretty much) i have to go through a long process online trying to get my money back. i hate this chipotle location!!!!! go to the one next to tanger outlets instead their employees are nicer and they actually do their job
