Had to be one of the friendliest order takers I've ever encountered. Wish I could remember her name but she was so sweet. Great experience. Food was hot and fresh. Service perfect. Keep it up.

I've been meaning to write this review for a while. Most of my reviews tend to be negative so after my experience at the Beville Rd location I decided to change that. While the vast majority of fast food in this area is barely edible. This place is AWESOME!! I've been there about a half dozen times in the past couple months. Have never had anything but hot fresh food and never a single mistake. The young lady that's usually working the drive thru in the evening has the sweetest voice and is always smiling, friendly, n pleasant. Always carefully hands you the drinks and makes sure you have a good grip before letting go. All the managers of the other fast food places around here should stop by and see how a place should be run. Keep up the great work. See you soon..
The Person who serviced Me was Very Rude So Rude that I gave Her the food back and asked for a refund It was My Birthday weekend and She brought Me back to reality quick. When I gave Her back the food She said "I knew She was going to do something'" Yes you knew it because You knew you were wrong for treating a stranger who has never said or done anything to you the way you did......horrible customer service!!!
Haven't been to a Checkers in quite some time and ended up trying out the Beville Road location last night and OMG was it disgusting! The fish sandwich was just a reheated mess with the gooey lettuce and flat just like my daughter's burger. The only thing that was actually good was the fries.
My mom loves checkers and I like them too I'm just on a diet everything they have is delicious and she can have anything she wants I'm diabetic
We went there to celebrate my grandson birthday (11 years old) he picked out the restaurant. He wanted to go there.There was 8 of us 6 adults 2 kids. The food was good, service was ok, I understand short staffed we dealt with that, but when we told our server it was his (grandson) birthday he quickly said oh happy birthday and left not even saying it to him , just to all of us at the table, we have been there before for his birthday and they have always sang happy birthday and he has gotten ice cream ?. Not sure what happened this time but we didn't understand and wasn't able to talk to the server again as he walked away. Again food was good but was very disappointed.
More businesses need workers like Katrina in the world, 1174 beville rd in Daytona beach. I went today on my lunch break and she was happy as can be and was not too much were it was unnecessary and felt like it was fake. She was genuinely happy to be there and made my day a little better.
They have great burgers, I love their fries too, but because of the strong seasoning, you can only take so much in one sitting
Lady at food window didn't understand I had to swipe Temp Debit CardPaid her cash. She was very pleasant elderly lady. Bless her heart
