Now you have to talk to a computer..no screen to show what uou ordered . You can not ask it to repeat order...it will not...Ordered a plain double hamber..they messed up 2xs. 1st had cheese. 2nd had let Tom pickle onio...PLAIN MEANS 2PATTIES. NOTHING AT ALL BUT THE BUN...NOT ROCKET SCIENCE... they also would not add funnel fries at window told me pull back around in line again.. Checkers lost $4 cuz I wasn't going around again...
I really was impressed with the voice recognition order software. It sounds very lifelike,and never gets the order wrong.i do not know if all Checkers has this but I know international speedway Blvd in Daytona Beach FL has it.
Great service. When you order ahead you get a drive through lane all to yourself. Extremely convenient and quick. I also appreciate the fact that they mark your special orders so they don't get confused.
The worst strawberry slush I have ever bought, and I omitted the mango topping, it just tastes like water. Yuck!
I ordered a loaded fry with no bacon and a swirl cone, waited in line for about 15 minutes, only to get home and see bacon all over the loaded fry. 2 items... Shouldnt be that hard to get 2 items correct. This place has gotten worse. And when i call to get it replaced, no one answers the phone.
They gave me my food before handing me back my card. I almost drove away without it. Was too distracted to check my bag and when I went to eat I noticed I didn't receive any napkins. Ordered a triple burger and it was still small for the price. The patties and cheese were not centered at all. Bacon was under cooked. 2 stars just because it was actually open unlike the burger king around the corner that closes early for some reason.
Cost $18 for double checker burger with cheese small fries large fries milkshake chicken strips. Was my favorite burger but not anymore. Just too much. Sorry but the chicken was delicious burger was too small
Hard to beat Checkers comfort food if you have to do drive thru....usuay get the deep sea doubke...but got a little crazy and when with the bacon double cheeseburger! And the fully loaded fries are ALWAYS a must!
Had a few problems here. First problem I encountered was a rude drive thru lady. Second was this past week some of my items were missing however they were replaced and the manager was professional and courteous. No place gets it right everytime. So I am not going to be hard on the over two visits with an issue.
1000000% better than the fake burger king across the street. Simple 2 lane design that starts in the back. So don't be the silly tourist that tries to drive in the single lane exit by Nova rd. Staff is usually friendly. Food is as good as Checkers gets. Service can be slow as they have been understaffed. Pre-Order online in-app, and pick up in the left lane, if you can. App delivery drivers may also use the left lane. There is outdoor seating & walk-up window, but lock your car. MasonNova is a neighborhood in the midst of gentrification. The Plaza behind it also has a lot of great shopping & wawa is at the opposite side.
