Excellent customer service. Delightful meals for my husband and I. Loved we could bring the dogs with us and sit on the patio. Beautiful views. Awesome seating and the food was on point. I had the crab and avocado salad, so good, the dressing was great, crab salad was stand alone and needed nothing added to it, SO good. My husband had the ribs, they were a tender flavorful surprise, he is always disappointed with ribs, but not these. The mashed potato side, wonderful. We got the pickles too, you just have to, they were crisp and delicious. We will be back often. Next time will be the burger.
We went to Caribbean Jacks while on vacation, and were not disappointed. The food was wonderful, and the service was fantastic. This is not the reason for the review however. When we contacted the restaurant about a possible lost credit card, Chris and the rest of his staff went above and beyond by locating the card, then personally mailing it to our home. Now that’s service!
Food and Drinks were good!! I tried the gator bites and nothing agains the restaurant at all…. But…. I will stick with chicken lol. Great place!5/12/22 Came back again for more so here is a new update and review. Server was great. She actually was training and was doing a great job. Love coming here!!We def will be repeat customers for life!!
The food was fantastic, if you sit outside the view is amazing. The drinks were delicious. My server was kind and attentive.
We ended up going here on Mother's Day so it was very busy, but we were seated pretty quickly. Beautiful waterfront table and friendly service. I had the coconut shrimp and my husband had the crab cake sandwich, both were very good.
I recently had lunch at Caribbean Jack's while traveling through the area. It wasn't busy on a Sunday at 1130. I was able to get a nice table outside in the shade overlooking the Intra-coastal Waterway. The food was very good. I enjoyed the soft crab sandwich. It was fresh and well prepared. Service was very good and prices are reasonable. I'd definitely return.
I picked here to have my birthday dinner as it's always been my favorite place to come to when I'm in town. The bananas foster makes me feel like I'm eating it in New Orleans! Wonderful Hushpuppies too! The chicken I had seemed a bit tough this time, but the flavor was still good. I miss the coconuts! I used to get one every time! Bring them back!
