hour-and-a-half wait service was terrible food with disappointing pill and eat shrimp out overcooked and not deveined. waiting an hour for gumbo for an appetizer the garlic bread come out cold do not recommend anyone go there when I complain to the manager he said I was yelling at him and scared him he's not going to make it in the restaurant business

Just maybe it was an off day for this place, but we ordered online which was fairly simple and once we arrived the food was ready, with a 45 minute wait time to dine in. Once we arrived back to our place with the food it did not look appetizing at all. We ordered the Forrester Meal and chicken tenders, which was not worth the price at all, the fish was all fried batter. Smh no fish, we ended up taking it back and they agreed to replace the fish after the girl at the bar gave us a bit of attitude and we requested the entire meal to be recooked and they finally agreed. I really wish we would have requested a full refund. Once we were back and able to eat the fish was just flavorless little fish tenders, taste frozen and the shrimp had a weird texture to be fried and lack taste. The best thing in the platter were the onion rings. I would not recommend total waste of time and money.
What an experience. If you have seen this movie you have to stop in. They have the bench from the movie, lots of great shirts and novelties with movie quotes and sayings and absolutely delicious food. I never knew this place existed and I am so glad we stumbled across it. Absolutely worth adding it to your places to visit when you're in the area.
We visited from out of town on Saturday May 21st, with my family.We were excited to diner at the establishment themed around one of our favorite movies (Forest Gump) of course!Unfortunately the best part of the experience was the theme.We were treated horrible by the initial server, we only received our drinks and appetizers, when we complained about our experience thus far, the manager showed no empathy for us having waited an hour for our entrees, which never came out might I add.Several other patrons that were seated after us, including a party of 25 all received their food.I can say the waitress that did serve us our drinks and appetizers was very nice and empathetic she really tried to make it right for us, but we were all over it once we spoke with the manager, we decided to leave.
Our experience was bad, our waiter was rushing us to order our food then he never checked on us to see how our food was.. I had ordered an appetizer and never got the appetizer he waited until it was time to pay to ask if I got it I said no and don’t worry about it. My child had to wait an extra 10 minutes after he dropped everybody’s drink off to have his own drink. Overall he looked over us as we weren’t there after we paid and I paid online with the receipt he decided to chase it down to ask if I took his black book the where the payment goes when I told him no it was on the table he walked back in. Very bad experience
Visited this restaurant last year and again this year while on vacation. Enjoyed both visits, would go to this one again. Food is good, fun environment, friendly staff! Had to wait a little while to be seated, but understandable considering dinner time and in an area where a lot of people vacation.
Great food very fresh and the service on point. The drinks were ok. But the food was good and plenty. We waited for over an hour but it was worth the wait.
The food was way over priced. I got the New Orleans shrimp and it was awful. The shrimp was way over cooked, and the rice almost made me vomit. My wife never got her chicken. We had 1 adult meal and 4 kids meals with drinks and an appitizer and the bill came to 81.00. Then the manager was quite rude as well. The only good thing was our waitress who was as sweet as they come. Will not be returning.
Waited 45 min to get seated, which is fine. Waitress came over rushed us to get our order, ok I get that. Then it took 45 minutes to get our appetizer,, we just get that and the waitress stops at our table to give us our bill. I said we haven't gotten our food yet. She runs into kitchen. Then a server comes out with our food on to go containers and gives it to another family. Then the waitress comes and says your good will be right out. As we watched the kitchen doors open and we witness them taking the food out of the to go containers and plopping it onto a plate. We are in the restaurantbusiness and you never serve food like that, so we left. Never again will I go to that place or recommend ithem to anyone.
